Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai

A bag from a room at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai gets the same attention as any other bag we collect. After the driver has checked your items and the payment link is paid, each order goes through the same steps, in the same order.

• Pockets checked: we look for coins, receipts, key cards, chargers and earphones before anything goes near water.
• Sorted by colour: whites, darks and brights are kept apart, so a new dark shirt cannot stain your white ones.
• Your own machine: your clothes are washed alone, never together with another customer's.
• Gentle detergent: a commercial-grade, hypoallergenic and biodegradable formula with no heavy scent, which suits skin that is tired from travelling.
• Low-heat drying: fabrics dry gently, so cotton does not shrink and stretch fabrics keep their shape.
• Folded by hand: everything is folded flat and bagged before it goes out for delivery to the hotel.

Booking takes a few minutes and everything happens in one chat.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Send a location pin, say you are staying at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai, and add your room number if you like. There is no app to download.
2. Fill the bag. Everyday clothes only, up to 6kg. Pieces you want hanging can wait for Clean & Press.
3. Hand it over. The driver meets you in the lobby if the hotel allows it, or at another agreed point, and goes through the items with you.
4. Pay the link. After that check we text you a secure payment link. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work. Nobody takes cash or cards in the lobby, and your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

A good rule is that anything you would put in a washing machine at home can go in the bag. Leave out anything with a label that says hand wash only or do not wash. After a few days away, a bag from the hotel might hold:

• Gym clothes: leggings, shorts and T-shirts from the hotel fitness centre.
• Daywear: polo shirts, T-shirts, jeans and shorts from days of meetings and sightseeing.
• Underwear and socks: the things everyone runs short of first on a trip.
• Swimwear: rinsed first, after a swim in the outdoor pool or at the beach.
• Loungewear: pyjamas, sleep shirts and the comfortable clothes you wear in the room.

Anything that must stay in your room, such as the hotel's own towels and robes, should not go in the bag.

The bag is meant for everyday clothes. We also clean the pieces below, and each of these is priced by the item rather than by weight. Mention them in the same message, and one driver collects everything from TRYP by Wyndham Dubai in a single visit.

• Work shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: these go to Clean & Press and come back on hangers.
• Silk, lace, sequins or beaded evening wear: these need dry cleaning, a process that is checked by hand from start to finish.
• Clean but creased clothes: pressing only, without another wash, which is handy for linen that has spent a week in a suitcase.
• Trainers and leather shoes: shoe care is a separate service, so ask us when you message.

Every order is sorted before the wash begins. Here is what that means for a bag that comes from a hotel stay.

• Colours: new dark jeans and bright T-shirts can bleed during the first few washes, so they never share a drum with whites.
• Heavy and light: jeans and thick cotton are kept apart from light sportswear and thin tops, which would wear faster.
• Sweat and sunscreen: gym kit and beach clothes carry body oil and sun cream, so they go on a cycle that lifts it out.
• Drying: the drying heat is kept low. This protects the elastic in leggings and stops cotton from shrinking.
• Folding: clothes are folded flat, so they fit neatly back into your suitcase at check-out.

If you spot something delicate in your bag after you hand it over, message us straight away.

TRYP by Wyndham Dubai is on Al Saef 1 Street in Barsha Heights, and the hotel's own website says the metro station is just steps away. That makes it easy for our drivers to reach, and pickup and return are both free.

• Where we meet: in the lobby if the hotel allows it. If it does not, we agree a spot close to the entrance, such as the pavement outside.
• What to tell us: your name, your room number and the time you want us. A location pin helps the driver find the right entrance.
• Independent service: LPlaundry is not part of the hotel, so please check with the front desk about lobby handovers.
• Return: we bring the clean bag back to the same place and message you when the driver is outside.

Do you come to Dubai for work every few weeks, or live nearby and use the hotel for stays? Then a monthly plan is budget-friendly wash and fold. Essential covers four bags for AED 250 a month. Family covers eight bags, two each week, for AED 450 a month.

• Compare: one bag on its own is AED 65. Inside a plan, each bag costs less.
• Short trip: for a single stay, one bag is simpler and you pay nothing more.
• Flexible: you choose the pickup days with us, so a plan can follow your travel calendar.

Bags collected from TRYP by Wyndham Dubai normally come back within 24 hours, like most of Dubai. If clothes are urgent, book before 2 PM for express laundry delivery. Where your address is covered, they are back 5 hours after collection.

• Tell us about stains: note what caused each mark, such as coffee, sunscreen, sauce or make-up.
• Leave it unrubbed: rubbing can push a stain deeper into the fabric, so leave it for us.
• Leaving soon: tell us your check-out day and flight time, so we plan the delivery to be back before you pack.

For a long stay, send a bag every few days rather than one huge bag at the end.

The price shown for a shirt is the whole price. Collection, cleaning, pressing, the hanger and the delivery back to TRYP by Wyndham Dubai are all included, so nothing is added at the door.

• Checked first: we empty pockets and read the care label before any piece is cleaned.
• Stains by hand: marks are treated before the wash or the clean, not afterwards.
• Pressed and hung: each piece is pressed and comes back on a hanger.
• Nothing extra: nothing added on top of the price.

Payment is by a secure link texted to you after the driver has checked the items.

1. Make a short list. For example, "two shirts, a suit and a kandura". Add the hotel name, TRYP by Wyndham Dubai, and your room number.
2. Use two bags. Put hanging pieces in one and any folded washing in the other, so nothing gets creased on the way.
3. Hand over and pay. The driver checks every item with you, then we text you a secure payment link.

Ask yourself whether the piece creases after a day in a meeting room, a wedding hall or an aeroplane seat. If it does, it belongs in Clean & Press. For a guest at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai that usually means:

• Office shirts: cotton, poplin and oxford, with the collar pressed first.
• Blouses: including silk, which we check against the care label before we start.
• Suits and jackets: two-piece suits, blazers and trousers, which return on hangers.
• Kanduras and abayas: priced separately, and returned hanging so they stay smooth.
• Evening dresses: for a dinner or a wedding during your stay.
• Winter coats: worth sending before you fly somewhere cold.

Everything is priced by the item, so the total is clear before you book.

Not every piece belongs in Clean & Press, and the right choice can save you money.

• Already clean, just creased? Pressing takes out creases without washing again.
• Silk, lace, sequins or heavy wool? Dry cleaning is the right process.
• A bag of everyday washing? Wash & Fold is far cheaper than pricing each T-shirt.

The heat symbol on a care label shows one, two or three dots, and we set the steamer to match. We never go above what the label allows. Three dots means cotton and linen, which take the most heat. Two dots covers wool, silk and polyester blends. One dot covers delicate synthetics such as acrylic and some silky fabrics, which need a cool touch.

• No label: if a piece has no care label, we clean it at your own risk and tell you so when we check it.
• Already damaged: pieces that arrive damaged are also cleaned at your own risk.
• Silk: checked carefully first, because too much heat can mark it.
• Mixed fabrics: we follow the most delicate fibre in the garment.

Collection of hanging clothes is free from TRYP by Wyndham Dubai. Send a suit or dress a day ahead when you can. Tell us the event and the time you need it by. Add your room number and a location pin so the driver finds the right entrance, and keep the pieces on hangers until the handover.

Need a suit or a dress for tonight? Book before 2 PM. Where we cover your address for express, pieces are back 5 hours after collection. Tell us the time you need it by, and we will confirm whether it works when you message us on WhatsApp.

When you book, mention any of these marks so we can treat them properly.

• Coffee and meals: a drip on a shirt at a business lunch. Tell us what it was.
• Collars and cuffs: Dubai summers reach about 43 C, so shirts pick up sweat quickly.
• Make-up: foundation on a blouse neckline or a white dress.
• Sunscreen: pale marks on dark clothes after a day out.

Please do not rub a stain, as it can set deeper into the fibres. Tell us and we treat it by hand.
