Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Two Seasons Hotel

Put your everyday clothes in the bag: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, nightwear and gym kit. You do not count items, because the price covers the whole bag up to 6kg.

For a short business trip it is usually a few shirts and some basics. For a holiday it is mostly beachwear and light tops. Either way it fits.

Keep suits, silk and evening wear out of the bag. Those go to Clean & Press.

When your bag reaches us, a team member sorts it by colour and fabric. Whites and darks are not mixed, and heavy items like jeans are kept apart from light tops.

Each customer's clothes get a separate machine and a mild detergent that breaks down naturally. Nobody else's laundry shares the drum with yours.

A morning at the rooftop pool leaves towels in the room, and swimwear goes in your bag. Rinse the chlorine out first if you can, then it washes like anything else.

Drying is on low heat, which is gentler on cotton, stretch fabric and gym wear. A hot dryer is what shrinks a favourite T-shirt, so we keep it low.

Everything is folded by hand and packed so it can go straight into your suitcase or your wardrobe.

Apartment guests with a wardrobe can hang the pressed pieces straight away. If you are heading to the airport, the bag closes flat in a suitcase.

Some pieces are better cleaned than washed. Suits, jackets, silk, sequinned tops and anything marked dry clean only should go into the Clean & Press tab instead.

Mention any stain when you book. Coffee, sunscreen and food marks come out best when they are treated before the wash, so we ask you to show us where they are.

We read the care label on each item. If a piece is already damaged or has no label, it is at your risk. We tell you before we start.

Pick a time and we meet you in the lobby or at the concierge desk, if the hotel agrees. The driver brings your order back to that desk.

You do not pay in the lobby. After the driver's check, a secure payment link is texted to you, and delivery starts once it is paid.

With 1,010 rooms and apartments under one roof, the lobby can get busy around check-out. A quieter hour, such as mid-morning, makes the handover quicker.

If you are in an apartment for weeks, a monthly plan can be better than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 for four bags a month, and the Family plan is AED 450 for eight.

A single bag is AED 65, so the plans suit anyone who will send laundry again and again.

Standard wash and fold comes back within 24 hours of pickup. If you leave on Friday, send the bag on Wednesday and it is back well before your flight.

Wash and fold is not the express route. For one urgent shirt or dress, use pressing in the Clean & Press tab and book before 2 PM, where we cover the area.

A crisp shirt and a pressed suit make a long flight easier to forget. Send them to us when you arrive, and they come back on hangers in breathable covers, ready for the day.

Each piece is washed in cool water, dried with filtered air and steamed by hand. We check it before cleaning, after cleaning and before it leaves us.

If you are here for a conference nearby, send two or three shirts together. They come back as one order, hung side by side.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas, kurtas and abayas are priced one by one. Choose basic or delicate for an abaya, and say if the fabric is fine or the piece is embroidered.

Guests attending a wedding or family occasion often send these before the event. Allow a day or two if you can, and mention the date.

For a visit with family in Dubai, it helps to send everything the same day, so each outfit is back before the first event.

We read the care label first and choose a process that matches it. Cool water protects colour on shirts and blouses. Heavy winter coats get more time than light day dresses.

After cleaning the item is steamed, shaped and hung. Nothing is folded into a bag where it can crease again. A piece that is already damaged or has no care label is at your risk.

If your clothes are clean and only creased, ask for pressing only. It costs less than a full clean, and the piece is not washed again.

Your order is checked by the driver on pickup, so the clock starts right away.

We agree a time and meet at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Our driver checks each piece with you and notes anything that is already marked.

Your pieces come back on hangers to the same spot, which keeps travel clothes from creasing on the way up to your room.

Rooms and apartments at the hotel have balconies and a lounge area, so there is usually somewhere to hang a freshly pressed suit while you get ready.

Nothing is paid at the desk. First the driver goes through your items with you. Then a text arrives with a secure link, and you pay on your phone with Google Pay, Apple Pay or a bank card.

Once the payment shows, your order is on its way. The hotel desk never has to handle money or receipts.

Accidents are rare. If a piece goes missing or is damaged while we have it, we pay you back as much as ten times its cleaning price.

A garment that was already damaged, or that has no care label, stays at your risk. The driver tells you at the door.
