Wash & Fold is for the clothes you wear and swap every few days. Pack up to 6kg in one bag, close it and give it to the driver. Most guests find the bag holds a lot more than they expect, so you rarely need to choose what to leave out.

• Daily clothes: T-shirts, jeans, shorts, pyjamas and underwear go in together.
• Gym and swim kit: running tops, leggings and swimwear are fine in the same bag.
• Casual shirts: cotton shirts you do not need pressed come back folded.
• Baby clothes: washed with the same mild detergent, and tell us if they need extra care.
• Socks and small items: these go in the same bag, with no need to count them.

Anything marked dry clean only belongs in Clean & Press, so put it in a separate bag and say so in the chat.

Your bag is opened and looked over by hand before it goes near a machine. Colours and whites are sorted, and pockets are checked for pens, cards and tissues, which can mark a whole load.

• Your own load: your clothes never share a drum with another customer's.
• Stains first: we treat marks by hand before washing, not after.
• Care labels: we read them and choose the right temperature for each fabric.
• Anything odd: if a piece worries us, we message you in the chat before we go on.

This is the part guests do not see, but it is why a bag of mixed travel clothes comes back looking even and clean, with whites still white and darks still dark.

Low heat is kinder to stretch fabrics, gym kit and the thin cotton that travellers pack, so clothes keep their shape and their size. A hot dryer is the quickest way to shrink a favourite shirt.

Everything is dried until it is fully dry, then folded by hand. Nothing is left damp in the bag, which matters when your suitcase is closed and you are heading to the airport. If a piece should not go in a dryer at all, tell us when you book.

Folding is done flat and neat, in stacks that fit a case or a drawer. You open the bag and put it away.

The 6kg bag is AED 65. The 12kg bag is AED 120, still one flat price for the whole load.

If the bag closes easily, it is probably under 6kg. For a long stay, a family or a group travelling together, take the bigger one. Two 6kg bags work too, if you want your clothes kept apart. These flat-rate laundry bags never change in price, whatever is inside, so you can pack with no counting and no weighing at the lobby.

Travel brings the usual spills. Coffee, sauce, sunscreen and sweat on a collar are the ones we see most. We treat each mark by hand before the wash, using what suits that fabric.

• Tell us the cause: a short note in the chat is enough.
• Point to the spot: name the garment and where the mark is.
• Old marks: these can be harder to shift, and we tell you honestly if one stays.

The earlier a mark is treated, the better the result, so send the bag soon after the spill. Please do not scrub it yourself with hotel soap, as that can push it deeper into the fibres.

The hotel's towels and robes stay in the room, so please do not put them in your bag. Send only your own clothes.

If you are not sure about a piece, such as a scarf, a cap or a gym towel you brought with you, ask in the chat before pickup. We tell you whether it can go in the wash bag or needs Clean & Press. A quick message beforehand saves a surprise later, and the driver can carry the answer back with your order.

If you are in town for a few months, a plan may cost less than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week.

A single bag is AED 65, so a plan helps once you send a bag every week. Pick the day that suits your schedule, and we collect on that day from the hotel. If your plans change, message us and we move the pickup.

Most orders return in 24 hours. That makes it a practical next-day laundry service for guests on a short trip.

After the driver checks your items, a payment link arrives by text. Once it is paid, the clothes go out for delivery. For urgent pieces, ask about express laundry delivery, which takes as little as 5 hours for orders before 2 PM in areas we cover.

A shirt is AED 18. It is cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger, so it is ready to wear the moment you open the bag.

Most guests send shirts after a long flight or the day before a meeting, when a creased collar would show. Book before 2 PM and ask about express if the shirt is needed tonight.

Jacket and trousers are cleaned together and steamed by hand, so the two halves come back looking like a pair. If only the jacket needs work, it can go on its own.

Mention any mark you have already seen, such as a spot on a lapel or a cuff. This is the guest dry cleaning to book before a wedding, an interview or a business trip, and it comes back on a hanger.

A kandura is AED 15, cleaned and steamed top to bottom. We check the collar and cuffs by hand first, since yellow marks often sit there.

Abayas are priced as basic or delicate, and we read the care label before choosing the process. They come back steamed and on a hanger, with crepe, chiffon and other soft fabrics handled gently. Beaded abayas should be mentioned when you book.

Both are cleaned and pressed flat, then returned on a hanger or folded flat in a bag, whichever you ask for in the chat. Jalabiyas with embroidery get gentle handling.

Evening dresses, day dresses and blouses are checked one at a time. Beading, sequins and lace need a gentle process, so tell us if a piece has any.

If you have a gala or a dinner, send the dress the day before. That leaves time for the check, the clean and the steam, with room for it to come back to the lobby desk at your hotel without a rush.

A winter coat is cleaned and steamed, then returned on a hanger. Handy for guests arriving from a cold climate who are heading home to one again, as the coat is ready for the flight.

Tell us the fabric if you know it, wool or down for example.

If your clothes are already clean and only creased from the suitcase, we steam press them without washing. Same pickup, same return, and a lower price than a full clean.

Message us a list of what you want pressed, such as 3 shirts, 1 suit and a kandura. We reply with the price for each piece from the list above, for example AED 18 for a shirt.

The driver checks the items at the desk and then sends the payment link. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and never in cash in the lobby. Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment has gone through.
