Everyday clothes are what the wash bag is for. Think T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, sleepwear, gym kit and swimwear from the pool.

A bag holds up to 6kg, which is roughly a week of clothes for one traveller. If you have more, ask for the 12kg bag instead and pay the flat rate for that size.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room, so please leave them there. Suits, silk shirts and evening dresses should go to Clean & Press instead, where each piece gets individual care.

Your bag is opened at our laundry and the clothes are sorted by colour and fabric. Lights and darks are never washed together, which keeps white shirts looking white.

Each order gets its own machine, and we use a mild, hypoallergenic, commercial-grade detergent. Clothes are dried on low heat so they do not shrink, then folded by hand and packed.

The drum is sanitised after every load, so your clothes only ever meet your own clothes. The bag then comes back to the hotel with a flat price you already knew.

When you travel, the bag often holds white shirts, dark jeans and bright gym kit all together. We sort them before washing, so colours do not run into each other and nothing comes back greyed.

If you know a piece may bleed colour, tell us when we collect the bag at Holiday Inn Al-Maktoum Airport. We will wash it by itself.

Anything fragile, such as silk or sequins, is better moved to Clean & Press. Just say so on WhatsApp and we will change the order before the driver arrives.

Wash & Fold is not right for everything. A suit, a shirt for a meeting, a kandura or an evening dress should go to Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned and steamed by hand.

Delicate fabrics, sequins and beading also belong in Clean & Press. That is our guest dry cleaning option, and it is priced piece by piece.

You choose a time and we send a driver to Holiday Inn Al-Maktoum Airport. If the hotel allows it, the handover happens in the lobby or at the concierge desk, like a doorstep laundry pickup without the doorstep.

The driver checks the items with you before leaving. When the clean bag comes back, the same driver brings it to the same place.

Message us with the hotel name and a location pin, and we will confirm the time on WhatsApp. If the hotel does not allow lobby handovers, we agree another meeting point with you.

A standard bag is ready in 24 hours, which makes it a next-day laundry service that suits a stay of two nights or more. If you need something sooner, ask about express.

Express laundry delivery is for pieces ordered before 2 PM, and they can be back in 5 hours if your address is covered. There is no extra express fee.

Send your location pin first and we will say whether express reaches the hotel.

Staying a month, or working nearby in Dubai South? A monthly plan can work out better than single bags, and it keeps your pickups on a regular day.

You can change your plan on WhatsApp whenever you like, so a long stay never locks you in.

You never pay cash or hand a card over in the lobby. After the driver checks your items, we text you a secure payment link. You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, which keeps pickup and delivery contactless.

Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

If an item is lost or damaged, cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk, so mention them to the driver.

A shirt crumpled in a suitcase is a common problem on business trips. Send it before the meeting and it returns clean, steamed and on a hanger, ready to wear.

Ladies' blouses are handled the same way. Short sleeve, long sleeve, cotton or fine fabric, each piece is priced individually and you see the cost before you book.

If you are away for several days, send a few shirts together at Holiday Inn Al-Maktoum Airport and the whole order comes back at once. Trousers, chinos and a plain skirt can go in the same order.

For express suit pressing, order before 2 PM and ask if your address is covered. A two-piece suit goes out in the morning and can be back the same afternoon.

It returns on a hanger in a breathable bag, jacket and trousers together, so it is ready for the lobby.

Traditional wear is priced on its own, so you see the cost for a kandura, a ghutra, a basic abaya, a jalabiya or a kurta before you book anything.

A kandura costs AED 15. Each piece is cleaned with care, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger, so it hangs well in a hotel wardrobe.

If you are in Dubai for a wedding or an event, send these a day ahead so they are ready when you need them at Holiday Inn Al-Maktoum Airport. Delicate abayas take longer, so book those earlier.

Evening dresses, sequins and fine fabrics are handled more slowly and with extra care. Delicate pieces take longer, so plan ahead for a wedding or a gala.

Tell us about beading or special trims when we collect, and we make a note on your order.

We read the care label first. Each piece is washed in cool water or cleaned as the label asks, then dried in filtered air so nothing is stressed by heat.

After that it is steamed by hand, so seams lie flat and the fabric keeps its shape. Three checks follow before a piece is packed: one for marks, one for the finish and one for the label.

If something looks wrong after cleaning, we tell you before it returns to Holiday Inn Al-Maktoum Airport, and we explain what happened. We would rather say so early than let you find it later.

Clean pieces come back on hangers in breathable bags. They can go straight into the hotel wardrobe or your garment bag, ready for the next day.

Standard Clean & Press takes 24 hours. Delicate pieces take longer, and we give you the time at pickup. For urgent shirts and suits, book before 2 PM and ask for express, which can be 5 hours where your address is covered.
