Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Rove Expo City

Most guests fill the bag with the clothes they wore on the trip: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, sleepwear and gym kit. Anything washable and everyday fits, as long as the bag stays within 6kg.

You do not need to count pieces or write a list. Pack the bag, tie it up and hand it to our driver at Rove Expo City. If you are not sure whether something belongs in the bag, send us a message before the pickup and we will tell you straight away.

Suits, silk and anything marked dry clean only should go in the Clean & Press tab instead. You can book both on the same pickup.

Towels and robes that belong to the hotel stay in your room.

We sort every bag by colour, so whites stay white and dark clothes do not bleed onto lighter ones. Each order is washed in its own sanitised drum and is never mixed with another customer's laundry.

The detergent is mild, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, with a very light scent. Stains are treated by hand before the wash, and clothes dry on a low heat so they do not shrink or fade.

Every piece is then folded by hand and returned in your bag, ready to go straight back into your suitcase. If you use the pool or gym a lot, this is the part you will notice: nothing smells of chlorine or sweat when it comes back.

The hotel has an outdoor pool and a gym that is open around the clock, so a lot of guests send gym kit and swimwear. Both go into the bag with everything else.

Sports clothes are washed with the rest of your colours, and swimwear is treated gently. If a swimsuit has padding, beads or a delicate trim, tell us when you book and we will check the label first.

It all comes back folded in the same bag. Put wet swimwear in a separate small bag inside the laundry bag, so it does not soak your other clothes before the driver arrives.

Wash and fold suits everyday clothes. If you have a shirt for a meeting, a suit, an evening dress or a kandura, use the Clean & Press tab, where each piece is cleaned and steamed by hand and returned on a hanger.

Pieces with sequins, beads or a care label that says dry clean only should go there too. Pressing only is also there for clothes that are already clean but creased from the suitcase.

You can book both on one pickup, so the driver collects everything at the same time from Rove Expo City.

A single bag holds up to 6kg of clothes, which is usually a few days of wear for one person. A bigger bag holds up to 12kg, which suits a week away or two people travelling together.

Both are flat-rate laundry bags, so the price does not change with the number of pieces inside. That makes it an affordable laundry service, and a budget-friendly wash and fold for longer stays.

If you are unsure which size you need, send a photo of your clothes on WhatsApp and we will suggest one. You can always book a second bag on the same pickup.

Wash and fold is returned within 24 hours in most cases. The driver brings the bag back to Rove Expo City at a time we agree with you, so you can plan around checkout or a flight.

If you are leaving soon, tell us when you book. Urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Our next-day laundry service is the usual choice for guests who arrive in the evening, send a bag before bed and want it back after breakfast.

If you will be in Dubai for weeks, a monthly plan can work out better than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one pickup a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week.

A single bag is AED 65 with no sign-up, so you can start with one and move to a plan later if you are still here. You can switch plans on WhatsApp whenever you like, and pickup and delivery to Rove Expo City stay free.

Tell us if you want to hand over the bag at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. The driver checks your items, then we text you a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Please do not pay cash or hand over a card in the lobby. Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

That is contactless pickup and delivery from start to finish. If you cannot be there, ask the hotel desk whether they can hold the bag and tell us who will pass it to the driver.

A shirt costs the price in the table, and it comes back on a hanger. We check the collar and cuffs, treat marks by hand and steam the shirt so it is smooth when you put it on.

If you are in Dubai for a conference at the Exhibition Centre, send your shirts the evening before and they can be waiting for the next morning.

For a quick job there is also a pressing only option, for shirts that are clean but creased from the suitcase.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so the jacket and trousers match in finish. A jacket on its own has its own price.

We read the care label first, then clean and steam by hand. Your suit comes back on a hanger, so it is ready to go straight into the wardrobe at the hotel.

Send a tie with it and the whole outfit returns together.

A kandura costs AED 15 and a basic abaya AED 18. A delicate abaya has its own price in the table. These are cleaned one at a time, checked for marks and steamed by hand.

Ghutras, gathras, jalabiyas and kurtas get the same care. If a piece has embroidery or beading, tell us when you book and we plan around it.

Everything comes back on a hanger, so it is ready for a wedding, a family visit or a business dinner. Delicate pieces can take longer, so allow a little extra time.

Evening dresses and blouses are checked for beads and sequins first. We choose the cleaning method from the care label, then steam each piece by hand and return it on a hanger.

If you have a gala dinner or a wedding, tell us the date and which dress it is, and we plan around it.

Clean and press takes 24 hours as standard. Delicate items can take longer, so tell us the date of your event when you book. We give you the time at pickup.

If you need something fast, same-day hotel laundry is possible for urgent pieces. Book before 2 PM and we aim to return them in 5 hours, if your address is covered. This is our express laundry delivery.

Send your pin on WhatsApp and we confirm the time before the driver sets off. If express is not possible for your address, we tell you straight away and suggest the best next slot.

Pieces come back on hangers. That keeps shirts and dresses smooth until you wear or pack them.

Tell us what caused the stain if you know it. We treat marks by hand and tell you honestly if one may not come out completely.

Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. We say so at pickup.

The driver checks your items at pickup, then we text a secure payment link. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work. There is no cash and no card handling in the lobby, and clothes go out once paid.

If an item is lost or damaged while with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. This is guest dry cleaning with the terms in plain words.
