A busy week of meetings, a pool afternoon and a gym session at the hotel add up to a lot of washing. One bag handles all of it in a single go, so you can leave your suitcase half empty.

We sort your clothes by colour, so whites and darks never share a wash. The detergent is mild and hypoallergenic, with a light scent. Your bag has its own machine, and the drum is sanitised first.

Everything is dried on low heat and folded by hand. You get your clothes back at Aloft Dubai South neatly packed, and ready to go straight into your suitcase.

Cottons, sportswear and denim each get a wash that suits them. Towels and robes belong to the hotel and stay in the room, so only your own clothes come with us.

Wash & Fold is for everyday clothes. If your shirt needs a crisp finish or your suit needs pressing, use Clean & Press. For delicate silk or beadwork, choose dry cleaning.

You can mix. Send the bag for the wash and a separate list for pressing in the same pickup. We will sort it out with you at the door.

Think of it as a short menu. The bag is for clothes you wear every day, pressing is for the pieces you wear to be seen, and dry cleaning is for fabrics that fear water.

Our driver meets you at the lobby of Aloft Dubai South, if the hotel allows it, or at the concierge desk. We offer contactless pickup and delivery: the driver messages you on arrival. Tell us a time that suits your day, even if you are heading to the airport early.

This is doorstep laundry pickup, adapted for a hotel. We message you when we are on the way. The same driver returns your bag to the same spot, and delivery is free.

If your plans change, message us and we move the time. Guests at the hotel often switch to an earlier slot when a flight is brought forward.

If you need clothes fast, ask for express. Book before 2 PM and the order can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. This is a same-day laundry service for guests with a late flight or an evening event.

There is no extra fee for express. Send your hotel name and we confirm quickly whether express reaches you.

Express is checked against your address first, which is why we ask for the hotel name up front. If it is not covered, we say so straight away and offer the next best time.

Staying for a month, or often in the area? Our Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one pickup a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week.

A single bag is still AED 65 if you only need us once. No sign-up is needed for one bag.

The monthly plans make sense only for long postings. For a normal trip of a few nights, one bag is the better choice, and you can order another whenever you need it.

After the driver checks your items, we text a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is no cash or card payment in the lobby of Aloft Dubai South.

If anything is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

Keep your receipt link. It shows the items we counted at pickup, so if you have a question after delivery, we can look at the same list together.

Business guests at Aloft Dubai South often arrive with creased shirts after a flight. Send them in the morning and wear them at your meeting.

Shirts and two-piece suits are cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on hangers. A suit goes out as one order, so jacket and trousers return together. You get a clear price for each piece before the driver leaves.

Say the time of your meeting when you book. We plan the return around it, and the driver brings the pieces to the lobby before you need them.

Traditional pieces get the same careful handling. A kandura, ghutra, abaya or jalabiya is cleaned and pressed by hand.

It comes back on a hanger so it keeps its shape for the event.

Hand-pressing keeps the shape of the collar, the sleeves and the drape. This matters most for kanduras and abayas, which are worn for family gatherings and formal visits.

A dress packed for a wedding or gala will have creases from the suitcase. Send it a day ahead and it comes back cleaned, steamed and hung. Evening dresses, blouses and coats follow the same route.

If the event is tonight, ask about express when you send the hotel name. Aloft Dubai South guests often book this on the morning of a wedding or dinner.

Standard Clean & Press takes 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, so plan ahead for them. We tell you the time at pickup.

If you plan ahead, you save time. A suit sent in the morning of the day before an event is almost always ready in good time.

For urgent pieces, express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. It suits a suit for a meeting, a kandura for a gathering or a shirt for a morning flight.

There is no extra fee for express. Message us your hotel name and the pieces, and we confirm what is possible. Please book as early in the day as you can.

Because express depends on your address, send the hotel name before you pack. A quick answer on chat means you can plan the rest of your day around it.

Our driver collects at the lobby, if the hotel allows it. Hangers come back in a protective cover.

Hangers and covers keep the pressing crisp on the way back to your room. Please hang the pieces up as soon as you get them.

After the driver checks your pieces with you, we text a secure payment link. Pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nobody takes cash or a card in the lobby of Aloft Dubai South. Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

The link works on any phone, so you can pay from your room, from the pool or on the way to the airport. We never ask for card details by message.

We cover loss or damage up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item. Pieces already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
