Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Dubai South

Every bag from Dubai South gets the same treatment, whether it comes from a flat at The Pulse or a villa at South Bay.

• Pockets first: keys, coins and tissues come out before anything else. A single pen can mark a whole load.
• Colours apart: whites and lights wash together, darks and denim go in another load, and lace is given cooler water.
• Marks treated by hand: sun cream, coffee and sweat are worked on before washing, because a hot dryer can set a stain for good.
• A gentle wash: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a thorough rinse, so clothes smell clean and not perfumed.
• Low heat to dry: cotton keeps its size and waistbands keep their stretch.
• Folded by hand: every piece is checked once more as it's folded. The bag is then packed and driven back to Dubai South.

Shirts and kanduras you'd rather hang belong in Clean & Press.

1. Message us. Send a location pin on WhatsApp, with your building and flat number or your villa number. You don't need an app.
2. Fill the bag. Only everyday clothes go in. Check the pockets and write your name and flat or villa number on it.
3. We collect. The driver picks up from your door at no charge, or from reception if your building has a desk.
4. We wash. Your clothes are sorted, washed gently, dried on low heat and folded.
5. We deliver. WhatsApp tells you when the driver is on the way, and delivery is free too.

Have work shirts as well? Pack them in a separate bag for Clean & Press and mention them when you book. One driver takes both. Booking for tomorrow is fine, as the chat is open day and night.

The 6kg bag takes ordinary day-to-day washing from a Dubai South home.

• Everyday wear: T-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks and pyjamas.
• Gym and pool kit: sports tops, leggings and swimwear. Rinse swimwear in fresh water first if you can.
• School clothes: uniforms and PE kit for the week.
• Baby clothes: vests and sleepsuits are fine, as our detergent is hypoallergenic.
• A few linens: pillowcases and a single sheet can ride along, though a full bedding load is better booked under Bed & Bath.
• Small towels: hand towels and flannels. Big bath towels and duvets are priced per item under Bed & Bath.

There's no need to fill the bag exactly. The price is the same full or half full, and everything comes back folded.

Some pieces need more than a wash and fold.

• Shirts, kanduras and abayas: if you want them back on hangers, send them to Clean & Press.
• Suits, silk and beaded pieces: these are dry cleaning jobs, which have their own page and prices.
• Heavy duvets and blankets: they take longer to dry, so they are priced per item under Bed & Bath.
• Trainers and handbags: cleaned by hand under their own services.
• Rugs and curtains: too big for a laundry bag, so they are collected separately.

Sorting and drying make most of the difference to how a wash turns out.

• Three piles: lights, darks and delicates are separated at the sorting table before any machine is loaded.
• A machine to itself: your order has its own machine, and the drum is sanitised after each customer.
• Heavy items apart: towels and jeans are washed away from thin tops, so nothing gets stretched or snagged.
• Low heat: a gentle dry keeps cotton from shrinking and protects the stretch in leggings and swimwear.
• Hand check: thick seams and waistbands take longest, so we feel them for damp before folding.

Everything is folded by hand and packed only once it is fully dry. A bag that goes out damp can smell musty by the time you open it, so we don't pack it that way.

We collect from homes all over Dubai South. Pickup and delivery are free.

• Apartments: The Pulse has 14 apartment blocks, with more at South Living and Mag 5 Boulevard. Leave the bag at your door, or at reception if your building has one.
• Townhouses and villas: The Pulse has 236 townhouses, and Hayat and South Bay have more homes of this kind. Add the street or cluster name to your message.
• Somewhere out near the airport? Send a location pin. Dubai South is wide, and a pin shows the driver exactly where to go.

There's no area charge, so you pay the same prices as the rest of Dubai.

If your washing never stops, a plan means one payment a month and a pickup day you choose.

• Essential: one 6kg bag a week, four a month, for AED 250 a month.
• Family: two bags a week, eight a month, for AED 450 a month.
• One-off bag: AED 65 whenever you need it, with no sign-up.

Plans suit a household with school uniforms and sports kit. They make an affordable laundry service because every bag is flat-rate, and pickup and delivery stay free. The driver comes on your chosen day every week, and you can change plan on WhatsApp whenever you like. Want to try one bag first? That works too, and you can switch to a plan later.

Bags collected in Dubai South usually come back the next day, within the 24 hours we work to for most of Dubai.

Need it sooner? Book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. Where your address is covered, the bag is back 5 hours after collection. Some addresses are outside the express area, so check with us in the chat first. Booked in the morning, it works as a same-day laundry service.

• Say where the stain is: sun cream on a neckline, juice on a child's top, a mark on a cuff.
• Say what you tried: bleach, stain spray or very hot water can make a mark harder to lift, so mention it.
• Air damp kit: wet swimwear and sweaty gym clothes sealed in a bag soon smell. Hang them up for an hour first.

The price you see for a shirt from Dubai South is the full price. Stain treatment, hangers and covers are all included, and nothing is added at the end.

• Checked on arrival: pockets emptied, label read, loose buttons noted.
• Stains by hand: any mark is treated before heat goes near it.
• Washed for the fabric: cool water for cotton and blends, to stop shrinking, and more care for anything delicate.
• Dried on hangers: filtered air and no tumble dryer, so sleeves stay the length they were.
• Steamed in order: collar and cuffs, then the front, then the back and sleeves.
• Three checks: the piece is looked over again before it goes into a cover and back to you.

2. Pack them apart. Hanging clothes go in a bag of their own, separate from any folded washing.
3. We collect, free. From your door, or reception if your building has a desk.
4. One piece at a time. Each garment is finished before the next one starts.
5. Back on hangers. Usually the next day, covered and ready for the wardrobe.

Clean and press is for clothes you wear hanging up, not folded.

• Work shirts and blouses: collars and cuffs get the most attention.
• Kanduras and thobes: steamed from top to bottom and hung so they keep their drop.
• Abayas: steamed gently so black fabric stays matt, with beaded ones checked by hand.
• Suits: jacket and trousers are cleaned together so the colour matches.
• Skirts and suit trousers: creases set the way you ask.
• Light dresses and kurtas: cleaned to the care label, then steamed.
• Jalabiyas and ghutras: handled one at a time so the trim and shape survive.

Everything here is priced per piece in the table above. Heavy coats and gowns are on the UAE price list. If a piece has a stain or a loose button, mention it in the chat and we'll look at that first.

Not every piece belongs here.

• Everyday T-shirts and jeans: these go in a wash and fold bag and come back folded.
• Already clean? If a shirt only needs the creases out, our Pressing page covers steam without a wash.
• Silk, beaded gowns and heavy coats: these are dry cleaning jobs.
• Blankets and heavy curtains: too bulky for hand steaming, so they have their own services.

The little iron symbol on a care label tells us how hot we can go.

• One dot: low heat, for silk, nylon and acetate.
• Two dots: medium heat, for wool and polyester blends.
• Three dots: high heat, for cotton and linen.
• Crossed-out iron: no heat at all. We leave it alone and tell you.

We follow the label rather than one standard setting, so a thin shirt and a heavy cotton one are each done properly. Linen takes the most heat but also creases fastest, so it is steamed last. Dark abayas and black fabrics get extra care, because too much heat leaves a shine that never goes away. If two pieces in one order need different heat, we do them separately rather than compromise. Hanging clothes travel in covers, so they stay clean on the way back to Dubai South.

• At your home: your door, or reception if your building has one.
• Keep the covers on: leave each cover in place until the clothes are in your wardrobe.
• Needed for a day? Say so when you book.

Pieces come back with the creases you asked for when you booked.

Most Clean & Press orders from Dubai South come back within 24 hours. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece, and we give you the time when you book.

For something sooner, book before 2 PM and ask about express. Where your address is covered, it is ready in 5 hours. Ask in the chat first, since express doesn't reach every address.

A shirt for a meeting tomorrow? Tell us the day you need it when you book, and we will say whether it can be ready in time.

When you book, mention any of these.

• Food and drink: coffee, juice or sauce on a cuff or front. Say what it was.
• Sun cream: on a white collar it can leave a yellow-orange mark. Point it out.
• Sweat at the collar: white collars and kandura necks yellow in the heat, so the earlier we treat them, the better.
• Deodorant: it leaves white streaks on dark fabric and yellow patches on light, and each needs its own treatment.
• Oud and perfume oil: these may leave a ring on light cotton. Show us where, and say which oil if you know.

Each price covers collection from your Dubai South home, the wash and the return. For bed linen wash and fold, sheets and pillowcases are washed, dried to the seams and folded flat. A pillowcase gets as much care as a king duvet and simply dries sooner.

• Hand-checked: seams, corners and any stain you mentioned when booking.
• A machine for your order: bedding goes in on its own, since a duvet needs room to move before water reaches the middle.
• Gentle detergent: hypoallergenic and biodegradable, which matters for pillowcases that touch skin all night.
• Dried through: the outside of a duvet dries before the middle, so we feel the filling instead of trusting the timer.
• Bagged dry: damp bedding never goes into a bag. It is folded, bagged and driven back to Dubai South.

Duvet covers are AED 31. We take the cover off and wash it separately, so the duvet and its cover each get the right cycle.

1. Send a list. Something like "two king duvets, eight pillowcases and the pool towels", plus your building and flat number or villa number and a location pin.
2. Get your times. We confirm a collection slot and the return day.
3. Bag it. Put each duvet in a bag of its own, rolled tight. Towels and sheets can share another.
4. Free pickup. From your door, or from reception if your building has one.
5. Follow along. WhatsApp updates arrive until the delivery.

Guests coming at the weekend? Book early in the week. Sheets and towels are normally back within 24 hours, but duvets take longer.

The three behave differently in the wash, so the prices differ.

• Duvet: a filled quilt for the bed, AED 56. The cover comes off first, and the duvet is dried slowly until the filling is fully dry.
• Comforter: a quilted layer stitched through, so it needs no cover. Duvet and comforter laundering both use our biggest drums and take 48 to 72 hours.
• Blanket: a standard blanket is AED 26, and bigger ones cost more.
• Bedspread or bedcover: AED 29. Lighter, so a little quicker to dry.
• Quilts and throws: they follow the same 48 to 72 hours as the heavier pieces.

Sheets and pillow items are priced one by one.

• Bed sheets: AED 25, flat or fitted. Washed, dried to the seams and folded square.
• Pillowcases: AED 9 each. Quick to dry, but they get the same care as the bigger pieces.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Dried slowly and checked by hand, so the filling isn't damp in the middle.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Dried right through before they are folded.
• Cot sheets: washed in the same hypoallergenic detergent, so they suit a baby's skin.
• Fitted sheets: the hardest to fold, so we fold them flat and square to fit a cupboard shelf.

The linen for one bed can all go in the same bag. If you are sending several beds, write the room on each bag so everything goes back where it belongs. Pillows hold a lot of water, so they spend longer in the dryer than anything else in the bag.

Our towel laundry service takes bath, hand and pool towels from Dubai South homes. Towels get two rinses, so they dry soft and not stiff.

• Towels: AED 7 each, bath or beach.
• Bathrobes: AED 19. Belts can go in the same bag.
• Sofa covers: a standard zip-off cover is AED 46. Check the care label first, and tell us if the fabric is one that shrinks.
• Table cloths: AED 19. Shake out crumbs and mention any wine or sauce marks.
• Bath mats: not in this table, so check the UAE price list.

Pool towels often carry sand and chlorine. Shake them out before bagging and we'll give them a full cycle. Bundle towels together and they travel in one bag. Brand new coloured towels can run, so mention them in the chat and we will wash them apart from the white ones.

Pool towels can also join your bedding order, so one pickup covers everything. Hand towels and guest towels are fine too; just add them to your list.

A few things are better left to a specialist, or can't be washed at all.

• Anything labelled "do not wash": some pillows and decorative cushions fall into this group. Tell us and we'll advise.
• Memory foam: toppers and pillows that can't take water.
• Fragile antique textiles: these need a specialist.
• Very old lace: usually safer with a specialist than in any machine.
• Anything with electrics: heated blankets and similar items.

Send a photo of the label if you're unsure. If a cooler cycle or a gentle dry would work, we will suggest it before collection. We would rather say no than damage something you like.
