Every bag follows the same steps, whether it holds a few items or a full 6kg.

1. Checked at handover. Our driver goes through the items with you and notes anything you want us to know, such as a mark or a fabric that needs care.
2. Sorted. Whites, darks and delicate fabrics are separated, so colours do not run into each other.
3. Washed to the label. We use a mild, hypoallergenic detergent and the temperature each care label asks for.
4. Dried on low heat. This keeps cotton soft and helps it keep its size.
5. Folded. Tops go with tops and trousers with trousers, so the bag is easy to unpack in your suite.

If anything in the bag needs a closer look, the driver and our team note it on your order before cleaning starts.

Think of the bag as your everyday clothes for the week. It does not matter how many items you fit in, as long as the bag is within the weight limit.

Pockets are checked before washing, but it is quicker if you empty them yourself.

Staybridge Al-Maktoum is an extended stay hotel with studios and larger suites, and each suite has a kitchenette. Many guests stay for weeks, so the washing adds up quickly.

Instead of waiting for one very full bag, send a bag every week. The price is the same for each bag, and you know what you will pay before the driver arrives. That keeps the cost easy to follow over a long project or a family holiday.

If your plans change, message us and we move the pickup to a day that suits you.

A weekly bag also helps if the suite has limited wardrobe space, because clean clothes arrive folded and ready to put away.

Wash and fold is made for everyday clothes. A few things belong in another service, and it helps to know which.

• Shirts you need on hangers: use Clean & Press.
• Suits, evening dresses and traditional wear: use Clean & Press.
• Clothes that are already clean but creased: ask for pressing only.

You can mix services in one booking, and the driver takes everything on the same visit. Tell us on WhatsApp what you have, and we will point each piece to the right service.

If you are unsure about a fabric, a quick photo of the care label on WhatsApp is enough for us to advise you.

A 6kg bag holds roughly a week of everyday clothes for one person. A 12kg bag suits two guests, or one guest on a long stay who waited a little longer between washes.

Check the price for each size in the table above. Both are flat prices, and nothing is added on top.

Not sure which bag to choose? Tell us what you are sending when you book, and we will say which one fits. You do not need to weigh anything yourself, and the driver checks the bag at handover.

Whichever size you choose, pickup and delivery stay free.

Our driver collects from the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. He checks the items with you and takes the bag away. We confirm the meeting spot on WhatsApp beforehand.

We then text you a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby, which keeps pickup and delivery simple. Your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

If your plans change after you book, message us and we move the handover to a time that suits you.

If you are staying a month or more, a plan can cost less than single bags. The Essential plan costs AED 250 a month and the Family plan costs AED 450 a month. A single bag is AED 65.

Plans run on a set day each week. Pickup and delivery are still free. Message us if you want to compare a plan with weekly single bags for your dates, and we will tell you which works out better.

A plan suits a long project, a relocation or a family on an extended stay. For a short trip, one bag is usually the simpler choice.

Standard wash and fold comes back within 24 hours. If you need a bag sooner, say so when you book.

For urgent clothes, a same-day laundry service is possible in the form of express laundry delivery. It takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We check your location pin first, then tell you whether express is open for the hotel. This is the same-day hotel laundry option for guests in a hurry.

Our message line is open at any hour, so you can book from your suite after a late flight, a long meeting or a day at the parks.

Standard orders are collected and returned during the day, so tell us on WhatsApp if you have a flight or a check-out time to meet.

Each piece is handled on its own, and the care label decides what happens to it.

1. Checked. We read the label and look for marks and delicate trims before anything goes near water.
2. Cleaned. We choose the process for the fabric. Most pieces get a cool-water wash, and delicate ones are cleaned by the method that suits them.
3. Dried gently. Filtered air dries the piece without hard heat.
4. Steamed by hand. The shape is pressed back into the piece, not flattened.
5. Hung and bagged. Each piece returns on a hanger in a breathable bag.

The same steps apply to shirts, suits, dresses and traditional wear. Only the process changes with the fabric.

On a work trip the same shirts need cleaning again and again. Clean and press costs AED 18 for each shirt, and it comes back on a hanger, ready to wear. Send it the day before you need it. If a shirt is clean but creased, ask for pressing only.

You can send several shirts together. Each one is priced and finished on its own, then returned on hangers.

Staying for a wedding, a gala or a conference dinner? A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a pair, so the jacket and trousers match in shade and shape. Express suit pressing is available when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. An evening dress is checked for beads and sequins before it is cleaned, and we choose the process to suit the fabric.

Blouses, ties and coats are priced separately, and you can see every price in the table above. Mention any marks when you book, so we can treat them before the piece is cleaned. Try to send formal pieces a day before the event, so they are back with time to spare.

A kandura costs AED 15. A basic abaya has its own price in the table, and delicate abayas are priced separately. Ghutras and jalabiyas are listed too. Each piece is steamed so it keeps its shape, then returned on a hanger.

Please tell us if a piece has beads, embroidery or gold thread. We handle those with extra care, and delicate pieces can take longer.

Standard clean and press returns within 24 hours. Delicate pieces, such as beaded or embroidered items, can take longer. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you before we start.

For urgent pieces, express laundry delivery returns them in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We check your location pin first. If you need a suit for a morning meeting, book it the afternoon before.

The hotel handover is the same for every order: the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, and a secure payment link afterwards.

Pieces that need extra time are the exception, not the rule. We always message you first.

Clean and press washes the piece first, then presses it. If your shirt is clean but creased from the suitcase, ask for pressing only instead. It is a separate, lower price in our list, and the piece still comes back on a hanger.

We bring your order back to the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. Hangers stay on, and each piece is in a breathable bag. That makes it easy to carry up to your suite and hang straight into the wardrobe. If you are checking out, tell us your leaving time when you book, and we plan the delivery around it.

You will also receive a message when the order is on its way, so you know when to expect the driver.

We cover loss or damage up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. A piece that cost AED 25 to clean is covered up to AED 250. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. If a piece worries you, tell us when you book and we will look at it first. Please point out any valuable pieces at handover, so the driver can note them down with you.

You will not pay anything extra for this cover.
