Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Park Regis Kris Kin

The bag has one price for its size. You do not count pieces or write a list. Pack your clothes until the bag is comfortably full, close it, and the price is fixed. That price covers:

• Sorting into whites, darks and colours before anything is washed.
• Washing with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent, at the temperature on the care label.
• Drying on a setting that suits each fabric.
• Folding by hand, so the bag is ready to put straight into your suitcase.
• Pickup and return to the hotel, with no extra charge.

Travel clothes carry sun cream, sweat and the odd coffee mark. Here is what happens once the driver brings your bag in:

• Lights and darks are washed in separate loads, so a new black T-shirt does not tint your white shirts.
• Gym kit and stretchy pieces are washed on a gentler cycle and dried on low heat.
• Heavy jeans go with other heavy fabrics, not with your thin tops.
• Marks are looked at by hand before the wash.

Each load goes into its own machine, and the machines are sanitised afterwards.

A 6kg bag is a good size for a few days of clothes. Pack it until it is comfortably full, but do not force the bag shut.

If clothes will not fit, choose the 12kg bag instead of squeezing. It has its own flat price in the table above.

• Two travellers can share a bag, if you like.
• Keep delicate pieces on top so they are easy to find.
• Put suits and kandura outfits in a different bag.

Wash and fold is for everyday clothes. Some things need a different process, and we will move them to the right one when we check your bag.

• Suits, jackets and ties are dry cleaned, which you can book under Clean and Press.
• Shirts and blouses you want pressed and hung also go to Clean and Press.
• Evening dresses and silk need that care too.
• Shoes, handbags and soft toys have their own services.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room.

Our standard next-day laundry service returns your bag within 24 hours. Hand it over in the evening and plan to see it back at the hotel the next evening.

For same-day laundry, ask for express. Express brings urgent pieces back in 5 hours when booked by 2 PM, where we cover your address.

• Send the hotel name and your check-out day first, so we can confirm what is possible.
• A bag of everyday clothes is rarely urgent, so keep express for the pieces you need tonight.
• Your order status stays in one WhatsApp chat.

The handover happens inside the hotel, usually the lobby or concierge, as far as the hotel lets us. Our driver messages you when they arrive.

The driver goes through every piece with you, then we text a secure payment link. Once you have paid, your clothes go out for cleaning.

• No cash and no cards are taken in the lobby.
• Pickup and delivery are contactless.
• Tell us if you will be out, and we will arrange another time.

If you are at the hotel for weeks, a plan saves you booking bag after bag.

• Essential is AED 250 each month for one bag a week, four in the month.
• Family is AED 450 each month for two bags a week, eight in the month.

If you only need a single wash, one bag is AED 65. Plans are paid monthly, and every bag is collected and returned for free.

You pay by a secure link texted to you after the driver has checked your items. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.

Lost or damaged pieces are covered up to ten times their cleaning price. Anything already damaged, or without a care label, goes through at the owner's risk.

• No cash is taken at the lobby.
• Say so at pickup if a piece is already worn or weak.

Clean and Press is for pieces that should go back looking right, not just clean. Every piece goes through the same steps:

• The driver and our team check it for marks and read the care label.
• It is cleaned on the process the label allows.
• It is steamed by hand, shaped and hung on a hanger.
• It is returned to the hotel the way you handed it in, ready to wear.

A piece with no care label goes through at the owner's risk.

A shirt packed in a suitcase comes out creased. Book express by 2 PM and it can be back in 5 hours, where we cover your address.

Shirts come back on hangers, with the collar and cuffs checked for marks first. Tell us about any sweat or make-up marks in your note.

A wedding, a gala dinner or a conference means a suit that looks right. Send the whole suit, or the jacket on its own.

• A two-piece suit, a single jacket and a tie each have their own price.
• Trousers and jackets stay together, so they match in colour and finish when they return.
• Ties are cleaned one at a time to avoid spreading a mark.
• Everything comes back on hangers.

For tonight's event, book express before 2 PM and send the hotel name first.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas are cleaned, steamed by hand and hung. Each has its own price, so the total is clear before you pay.

The care label tells us how to treat a piece, and the dots are easy to misread. On the pressing symbol, one dot means a cool setting, two dots a medium one and three dots a hot one.

• A circle on the label means the piece can be dry cleaned.
• A circle with a cross means it should not be.
• A washing symbol with a hand means a gentle hand wash.

Not sure what a label says? Send us a photo and we will read it for you. A piece with no label at all goes through at the owner's risk.

Silk, fine blouses and embellished dresses need extra time, because each one is cleaned and finished by hand. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

An evening dress or blouse packed in a case is crushed by the time you land. Send it a day before the event, and we clean it and hang it so it arrives flat. Mention any beadwork in your note.
