A wash and fold bag is for everyday clothes: T-shirts, underwear, socks, shorts, jeans, gym kit and casual tops. One price covers the bag, however many pieces are inside, as long as it stays under the weight limit.

The standard bag takes up to 6kg and the large one up to 12kg. For a week or two away, or a family trip, the large bag is simpler than several orders.

Any bag will do, even a spare tote or a suitcase liner. We wash and dry everything, then fold it piece by piece before it comes back.

We wash lights and darks apart, so a new dark shirt from the mall will not tint a white T-shirt. Every load gets a mild, hypoallergenic detergent, and the machines are sanitised after each one.

If something needs a gentler wash, put a short note in your booking. It could be a silk top, a knit or stretchy leggings. A line or two is enough for us to choose the right cycle.

Afterwards we dry your clothes and fold them by hand, then pack them together for the trip back to the hotel.

Cotton, polyester and most knitwear do well in a normal wash. Fine knits, silk, chiffon and anything stretchy need a softer cycle, so mention them in your note when you book.

Anything with sequins or beads is better off in dry cleaning, because the machine can damage it. If a piece you sent belongs there instead, we will let you know before we do anything.

No care label on a piece? Say so in your note. Items without a label, or items that are already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.

Not everything belongs in a wash and fold bag. Suits, evening dresses, silk and anything labelled dry clean only go to Clean & Press, as do shirts you want back on hangers.

Shoes have Shoe care, handbags have Bag care, and soft toys have their own service too. They can share one order with your bag, so you get a single pickup and a single delivery.

Give us the hotel name when you book, Holiday Inn Bur Dubai, and choose a time. Our driver takes the bag at the lobby or concierge desk, provided the hotel allows it. For a contact-free handover, just ask.

The driver goes through the bag with you, and a secure payment link follows by text. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work. Once the payment is in, your clothes are sent out for delivery.

We never take cash or card details at the lobby. The link on your phone is the only way to pay.

Sunscreen, coffee, a splash of sauce: travel leaves its mark. Each stain gets hand treatment before the wash starts, based on what you can tell us about it.

Add a short line to your booking with the cause and roughly when it happened. That lets us pick the best treatment.

Old marks that were set by heat may not lift fully. We will do our best and say plainly if one is still visible on return.

Staying a few weeks for work? Compare a monthly plan with single bags. Essential is AED 250 a month for one bag every week, four in all. Family is AED 450 a month for two bags every week, eight in all.

One bag on its own, up to 6kg, is AED 65. Do a quick sum against the length of your visit.

You pay plans monthly, and a single bag never needs a sign-up.

Standard orders are with you inside 24 hours. Our driver returns your folded clothes to Holiday Inn Bur Dubai at the lobby or concierge desk, where the hotel permits.

Short of time? Place the order by 2 PM and an express turnaround of 5 hours may be possible, subject to your address being covered. We confirm that straight away.

An early booking is the easiest way to see the bag back before dinner.

We clean and press a two-piece suit as a pair, so jacket and trousers keep matching colour and finish. Send it the day before and it returns on a hanger.

A suit that is only creased from the suitcase can go for pressing only. This express suit pressing suits the guest who has to look sharp for an early meeting.

Ties join the same order. Each piece is priced in the table above, so the cost is known before you book.

Business shirts are AED 18 each, short or long sleeve. We clean them, steam them by hand and hand them back on hangers, ready to wear.

Give a few to the driver in the morning and have them back for the next day's meetings.

If a shirt only needs a press, choose pressing only and skip the wash.

Traditional wear gets the care a suit gets. A kandura is AED 15. An abaya is plain or delicate, depending on the cloth and any beadwork, and the ghutra and jalabiya each have a line in the price table.

Each piece is steamed by hand and comes back hanging, ready for a wedding, Friday lunch or a family dinner.

Mention embroidery, beads or gold thread in your note so we know to take extra care.

A basic dress and a blouse come back cleaned and pressed on hangers. Evening dresses with beads or sequins are handled one at a time, following the care label, so ask if you are unsure.

A coat has its own price in the table above and also comes back on a hanger.

Care labels use a few simple symbols. A circle means the piece can be dry cleaned. A circle with a line under it means gentle cleaning only. A crossed-out circle means no dry cleaning.

A triangle is about bleach, a square is about drying, and the pressing symbol has dots that show how hot the press can go. One dot is cool, two is warm, and three is hot.

No label at all? Tell us before the driver leaves. Items without a care label are cleaned at your own risk.

Standard items are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces such as silk can take longer, depending on the piece. We tell you the time for your order when you book.

Need something pressed for tonight? Order by 2 PM and express laundry delivery can bring it back in 5 hours, provided we cover your address. We check that before you commit.

Write "urgent" in your booking along with the time you need the piece back.

Ties, suit jackets and coats are each charged as one item, so you pay only for what you send. They return on hangers, steamed by hand.

The driver checks every piece with you at pickup. If one goes missing or is damaged, cover is up to 10 times its cleaning price.

A piece that is already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at your own risk. The payment link comes by text after the check.
