Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Premier Inn Silicon Oasis

Wash and fold is the everyday side of laundry. Your clothes are washed, dried and folded, and nothing is pressed. It suits a few days away, because you send one bag and get one bag back, with no counting at the door and no forms to fill in.

• The bag: up to 6kg for one price, or up to 12kg if you have been travelling for longer.
• The price: the same flat rate whatever is inside, so you know the cost before we collect. It is an affordable laundry service for a short stay.
• The pickup: free at the Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.
• The return: folded in the same bag, usually within 24 hours.

When the bag reaches us, the clothes are sorted before anything is washed. Whites and light colours are kept away from darks, so a new black tee does not turn a white shirt grey. Nothing is rushed through a single big load.

• Sorting: by colour and by fabric, so heavy jeans are not washed with light tops.
• Washing: a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, at the heat each label allows.
• Drying: on a gentle heat, which helps cotton keep its size and shape.
• Folding: by hand, with your pieces kept together and ready to repack into your suitcase.
• Checking: a last look before the bag is closed, so nothing is left behind in a pocket.

Think of every piece you have worn since you checked in. T-shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit and swimwear from the hotel pool all belong in the bag, and everything is washed together with the rest of your clothes.

If a piece has a care label with a crossed-out washtub, or says hand wash only, the folding wash is the wrong place for it. The same goes for anything you want back crisp and hanging for a meeting.

• Pieces you want crisp: work shirts, kanduras and abayas go to Clean & Press, priced one by one and returned hanging.
• Silk, beading and delicate evening wear: these are also cleaned in Clean & Press, where each piece gets its own process and a careful check.
• Not sure: the driver can still take it on the same pickup, packed separately, and we sort it out for you.

You do not need to wait at the door with a bag and a form. Pack your clothes into the bag you have, a suitcase pocket or a spare carrier, and send us a message with the hotel name and your pickup time. It is a simple doorstep laundry pickup, only at the lobby instead.

• Place: the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. Otherwise we agree another spot with you.
• The check: the driver looks through the items with you at pickup, so you both know what is in the bag.
• Payment: a secure link is texted to you after the check. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and no one takes cash or cards at the lobby.

Once it is paid, your clothes go out for cleaning.

Most bags come back within 24 hours, across many areas. That makes it a next-day laundry service that fits a short stay, as long as you book before you need the clothes. The driver brings the bag to the same lobby spot where we collected it.

• Standard: back within 24 hours, folded in the same bag.
• Urgent: ask about express if you need something sooner. It is 5 hours when booked before 2 PM, if your address is covered.
• Delivery: free, and contactless pickup and delivery are available if you prefer to stay in your room.

If you are in town for weeks, a plan can cost less than single bags. Essential is AED 250 a month for one pickup each week. Family is AED 450 a month for two bags each week. A single bag is AED 65, and there are no hidden fees on any of them. Ask us which one suits the length of your stay, and we will tell you on WhatsApp whether a plan or single bags work out better for you.

Most questions are about size, mixing and timing. Here are the short answers, and the FAQ further down has more.

• Can I send more than 6kg? Yes, use the 12kg bag, which has its own flat price.
• Will it be mixed with other guests' clothes? No. Your bag is washed on its own.
• Is there a minimum order? Yes, AED 50.
• Can I add a shirt for pressing? Yes, put it in the same pickup and say it is for pressing.
• Can I book at night? Yes, the WhatsApp line is open day and night. It works as on-demand laundry for guests with odd hours.

If anything is unclear, message us before the driver arrives.

Business guests usually send a shirt or two and a suit. Each piece is checked by hand, cleaned, pressed with steam and put on a hanger, so it can go straight from the bag to your meeting. Send them the day before if you can.

• Shirts: short or long sleeve, one price for each shirt.
• Suits: the jacket and trousers together are priced as a two-piece suit.
• Ties and jackets: add them to the same pickup and they come back with the rest.

Tell us which day you need them and we will plan around it.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with the same care as a suit. The kandura has its own price, and so do the abaya, ghutra and jalabiya. A kurta is priced as men's or women's.

• Abaya: plain or delicate, depending on the fabric and any beading or embroidery.
• Kandura: priced on its own, never at the shirt price.
• Ghutra and jalabiya: each has a price of its own, shown in the table above.

Evening wear for a wedding, a gala or a night out needs more care than daywear. Each dress or blouse is looked at by hand, cleaned on its own and pressed, then returned on a hanger in the way you would expect from guest dry cleaning at a hotel. If a piece has beading, lace or silk, say so when you message us. Send it a day before the event if you can, because delicate pieces should not be rushed. For something urgent, ask about express, and we will say whether your address is covered.

If a shirt is already clean and just creased from the suitcase, you can ask for pressing only. We steam it and hang it without a wash, which is quicker. It is a good choice when you only need the crumples gone before a meeting, and it costs less than a full clean. Say pressing only in your message and name the piece.

Every piece is checked before cleaning starts, then sent through the process its label and fabric call for. Your suit does not go with the shirts, and your dress does not go with the jackets.

• Check: stains, fabric and care label are looked at by hand.
• Clean: the right process for that fabric, not one setting for everything.
• Press: steamed by hand and put on a hanger.

If a piece has no care label, we clean it at your own risk, and we tell you first.

A coat is cleaned and pressed like any other piece. It is bulkier, so give it a full day if you can. Tell us the fabric when you book, and ask about express if you are flying out soon. We will say whether it can be done in time for your plans, and what to expect on the day.

If a piece has a mark, tell us what caused it and when it happened. A stain from a restaurant dinner can be treated better if we know whether it was wine, oil or sauce. We look at each mark by hand before cleaning.

• Loss or damage: we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Already damaged: we clean those pieces at your own risk.
