One bag holds up to 6kg of everyday clothes. For one traveller, that is about a week of tees, underwear, socks, shorts and light trousers, with room left over for a hoodie.

If you have more than 6kg, ask for the large bag, which takes up to 12kg. It saves you sending two bags when you have been away for a while, and the flat price still applies.

Your bag is washed in its own load, so your clothes are never mixed with another guest's washing. Whites are kept apart from darks, and the drum is sanitised between loads so each bag starts clean.

If something needs a cooler wash, such as a favourite top or a sports shirt, tell us in your message before pickup and we will pass it on to the person washing your bag.

Our driver collects at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. This is contactless pickup and delivery, so you can hand over the bag and carry on with your day.

Some pieces belong in a different service. Suits, evening dresses, silk blouses and anything marked dry clean only should go to clean and press, where each one is cleaned on its own and returned on a hanger.

When your bag is washed and folded, we bring it back to the hotel. Delivery is free, and most bags return within 24 hours. For a morning flight, book early so there is time to spare.

For a same-day laundry service, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It is back in 5 hours if your address is covered, with no express fee.

You never pay cash or hand over a card in the lobby. After the driver checks your items with you, we text a secure payment link to your phone, and you pay from there.

Staying for weeks, or working in Silicon Oasis? A monthly plan can cost less than single bags. Essential is AED 250 for one pickup a week, four a month. Family is AED 450 for two bags a week, eight a month. A single bag is AED 65.

Plans suit people who base themselves nearby for work, and an on-demand laundry bag is still there when you need an extra one.

If one of your items is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Work shirts are cleaned and pressed, then returned on hangers so they arrive crease free. Many guests send two or three shirts on the first morning, so they have a fresh one for each meeting.

For an early meeting, book the day before. If you need a shirt in a hurry, ask for express and say your deadline.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so the jacket and trousers stay a matching pair. A jacket or a tie can also be sent alone if that is all you need.

Evening dresses and blouses are looked at piece by piece before cleaning. We check the label, the trim and any beading first. If a dress has lace, silk or beads, tell us when you book and we will treat it as a delicate piece.

Traditional wear is priced item by item. A kandura is AED 15. Abayas are basic or delicate, depending on the fabric and any beading, and ghutras and jalabiyas have their own prices too.
