Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Think of the bag as your suitcase laundry. Everything you have worn since you arrived at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab goes in, and you pay one price for the bag, not for each piece.

• Everyday clothes: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, linen shirts, pyjamas and underwear.
• Beach and pool wear: swimwear and cover-ups. Please pack them in a separate bag so they do not dampen the rest.
• Gym kit: tops, leggings, socks and sports bras.
• Children's clothes: washed in the same gentle detergent as everything else.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room, so only your own clothes go in the bag. Suits, silk and evening wear belong in the Clean & Press tab instead. If you are unsure about a piece, message us a photo of its care label before the driver arrives, and we will tell you which service it needs.

A good wash starts with sorting. When your bag reaches our laundry, we sort it by colour and fabric before anything goes near a machine. This takes a few minutes and it is the step that stops one bad sock ruining a white shirt.

• Whites and lights are washed together.
• Darks and denim are washed apart, so new jeans do not stain a white shirt.
• Gym kit and swimwear are washed with similar fabrics.

If you want something kept apart, such as a brand-new colour or a favourite top, write it on a note in the bag or message us. We check the care label on every garment. If something should not go in a normal wash, we tell you before we start, which is far better than finding out when the bag comes back.

Each order is washed in its own load and never mixed with another customer's clothes. We use a commercial-grade detergent made for big machines, and it is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it is gentle on sensitive skin and on the water.

Drying is on low heat. High heat shrinks cotton and ruins the stretch in gym wear, so we avoid it. Once dry, every item is folded by hand and packed, so your bag comes back ready to put straight into a suitcase or a wardrobe.

• Anything that needs hanging belongs in the Clean & Press service.

If you fly the next morning, tell us when you book and we will say whether express is possible for your address.

There are two bag sizes, and both keep budget-friendly wash and fold simple. A 6kg bag is AED 65 and a 12kg bag is AED 120. Both prices are flat, so a bag with twenty items costs the same as a bag with ten, as long as it is within the weight limit.

• 6kg bag: a few days of clothes for one traveller.
• 12kg bag: better for two people or a family holiday.
• Delivery: pickup and delivery are free.

The minimum order is AED 50. If one bag is not enough, book a second and we collect both on the same visit. Nothing else is added at the end, so the price you see is the price on the payment link.

You do not have to go anywhere. It works like doorstep laundry pickup, except that the door is the lobby. Send us a WhatsApp message with your pickup time and the name Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and we confirm a slot. Share your location pin so the driver knows which entrance to use.

• Handover: the driver meets you in the lobby, or at the concierge desk if the hotel permits it.
• Check: the driver goes through the items with you before leaving.
• Payment: a secure link follows by text once that check is done. There is no cash or card payment in the lobby.
• Return: once the link is paid, your clothes go out for delivery to the same place.

Contactless pickup and delivery means you never wait in your room for a knock. Pickup and delivery are free, and the driver brings your clean laundry back to the same spot.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours across most of Dubai. Book in the morning and your bag is often back the next day, which suits a short stay well. For a few urgent pieces, there is a faster route.

• Standard: back within 24 hours, the same as a same-day laundry service for most guests who book early.
• Express: urgent pieces back in 5 hours when booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.
• Not sure: ask us on WhatsApp whether express is open to the hotel on the day you need it.

Express suits one or two urgent pieces better than a full bag, so say which items matter most. If you have a flight, tell us the time you need your clothes by and we will say what is realistic before the driver collects the bag.

Staying for a few weeks, or here on a long work trip? A plan can cost less than booking single bags. One bag is AED 65. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month.

• Essential: one bag every week, collected on a set day.
• Family: two bags every week, which suits parents and children travelling together.

Plans are paid monthly and run on a set day, so your bag is collected on the same day each week. Pickup and delivery stay free for the whole plan. If your stay is only a few nights, a single bag is the simpler choice, and you can book a plan later if the trip gets longer.

Once the driver has checked your items, a secure payment link arrives by text. It takes debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your clothes go out for delivery as soon as the payment is made, so nothing waits at the desk.

• Cover: a lost or damaged item is covered up to 10 times its cleaning price.
• At your risk: items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

LPlaundry is independent of the hotel and its group, so any question about your order comes to us directly on WhatsApp. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby.

Clean and press is a different job from wash and fold. Every garment is handled on its own, from the moment it is checked to the moment it goes on a hanger. Nothing goes into a shared bag.

• Check: we read the care label and look for stains.
• Clean: a cool-water wash or a gentler route, chosen for the fabric.
• Dry: filtered air, not harsh heat.
• Press: steam pressed by hand.

This is the service for formal clothes you could not risk in a normal bag. If you are not sure which service a piece needs, send us a photo of it and its label, and we will tell you before the driver arrives.

A shirt is AED 18, pressed and returned on a hanger. Flights crush shirts, and a conference or client dinner is not the place to wear one that looks slept in.

Send as many as you need. Each one is priced on its own, and long or short sleeves cost the same. Already clean? Ask for pressing only. Tell us if a collar or cuff has a mark, and we will look at it before pressing.

A kandura is AED 15. It is cleaned, then steam pressed from the collar down, and returned on a hanger so it keeps its line.

• Kandura or thobe: AED 15 each.
• Ghutra: pressed flat on its own.
• Jalabiya and kurta: priced separately, as the table shows.

Visiting for a wedding or a family event? Send your kandura a day early. That leaves room to deal with any mark before you wear it, so you are not rushing on the day. Kanduras are never folded into a bag with other clothes. Each one travels on its own hanger.

A basic abaya and a delicate one have different prices, so tell us which you have. We read the care label first and press the abaya on a hanger. Embellished pieces are handled with extra care, and we tell you before we start if anything looks too fragile for the usual route. Jalabiyas are cleaned and hung the same way.

Many guests at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab pack one good outfit for a dinner, a wedding or a gala. That outfit is the one to send for clean and press.

• Suit: jacket and trousers together at one price.
• Jacket or tie: priced as single pieces.
• Evening dress: checked for beading and fine fabric first.
• Blouse: silk and satin returned on a hanger.

Tell us the date of the event and we will plan the order around it. Express suit pressing can have a suit back in 5 hours for a booking made before 2 PM, where your address is covered. For a few pieces that is usually enough time, even on the day of the event.

Your items are looked at more than once. The driver checks them with you at pickup. We check them again by hand at the laundry, when we read the care label and note any stains. A final look comes before the order goes out for delivery. Three checks catch most problems early.

If we find an existing mark, a loose bead or a missing label, we say so rather than guess, and we tell you what it means for the cleaning.

Pressed clothes come back on hangers, in breathable bags. That keeps creases out on the way to the hotel and lets the fabric breathe. Hang them in the wardrobe as soon as you get back to your room, and leave the bag on until you wear the piece.

Standard clean and press takes 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece. Express returns urgent pieces in 5 hours for bookings made before 2 PM, where your address is covered.
