Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Canopy Al Seef

Put in T-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks, gym kit, jeans, nightwear and swimsuits. Anything you would wash at home on a normal cycle can go in the bag. After a few days of sightseeing in the heat, that is most of what is in the case.

Your clothes come back washed, dried and folded by hand, with whites kept apart from darks so nothing runs onto a good shirt. You do not need to sort the bag yourself or count what is inside it.

Keep suits, silk and evening wear out of the bag. Send those on the Clean and Press tab, where they get the care they need.

The price covers one bag of up to 6kg. You do not pay per item, so a pile of small things costs the same as a few big ones. That makes it easy to plan a week away, because you know the cost before the driver arrives.

The driver checks your items at pickup. If you have more than fits in the 6kg bag, you can use the 12kg bag instead. Both prices are in the table above.

Pickup and delivery are free.

We use a hypoallergenic detergent with a light scent. It breaks down naturally, and it is gentle enough for baby clothes, towels you brought and everyday cotton that sits against the skin.

If you or a child reacts to certain products, tell us in the chat before the driver comes. We read the note before the order is washed. Fabrics that need extra care go to Clean and Press instead of the bag.

Most wash and fold bags are back at the hotel within 24 hours, which suits guests staying a couple of nights. Next-day laundry service is the normal pace, and same-day laundry service can work if you book early in the morning.

If something is urgent, say so in your first message. Express laundry delivery takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no express fee.

Each step is shown in the same chat, from pickup to delivery, so you can see where your bag is. If your plans change, message us and we will move the delivery time where we can.

Whites go in one wash and darks in another, so a new black T-shirt does not turn your shirts grey. Gym kit and everyday cotton are washed with a commercial-grade detergent, chosen because it works well in big machines and lifts sweat.

Each order gets a sanitised drum of its own. Your clothes are never mixed with another customer's laundry, so nothing travels from one bag to the next.

After drying, everything is folded by hand and packed into the bag that comes back to you at the hotel. Sleeves and legs are folded flat, so the pile fits neatly into a suitcase.

Suits, silk blouses, embellished dresses and anything with a care label that says dry clean only belong on the Clean and Press tab. A normal wash could shrink, fade or crumple them, and that cannot be undone.

If you are not sure, ask in the chat. A photo of the care label helps us tell you which service is right, before the driver arrives. Pieces with no label at all are cleaned at your own risk.

For a long stay or regular visits to Dubai, there are two monthly plans. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week, four bags in all. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week, eight bags in all.

A single bag is AED 65, with no plan needed. Budget-friendly wash and fold is easy to start with one bag, and you can add a plan later if the trip gets longer. Plans are billed monthly, and pickup stays free.

Give us your name, your room details and a pickup time in the chat. The driver collects from the lobby or the concierge desk of Canopy Al Seef, if the hotel allows it. Please ask the front desk first if you are not sure.

Doorstep laundry pickup is contactless, and we offer contactless pickup and delivery for every order. After the driver has checked your items, a secure payment link is texted to you. You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once the payment is made, your clean bag is delivered back to the hotel for free.

You send the piece, we check the care label, clean it by the right process and press it. A shirt, a suit and a kandura each follow their own route, not the bag route, because each fabric needs different care.

Everything comes back on a hanger, steamed by hand and ready to wear. If a garment has a stain, tell us what caused it. A coffee drip on a white shirt, or a splash of sauce from dinner, is dealt with before the item is cleaned.

The price of each piece is in the table above, so you can add up your order before you book.

If a shirt is clean but creased from the suitcase, ask for pressing only. It is steamed and hung without being washed. This is a quick way to get ready for a morning meeting or a dinner out.

Pressing only is priced per piece too. Tell us in the chat which items need it, and we will confirm the price before the driver collects them.

Send a suit, a jacket or an evening dress and it is cleaned and pressed as one piece. The jacket and trousers of a two-piece suit come back together, on matching hangers, so they look right when you wear them.

Soft fabrics such as crepe are steamed by hand, and structured jackets are pressed so the shoulders keep their shape. If a dress has beading or sheer layers, mention it in the chat before pickup.

Guests who attend a wedding or a gala often book express suit pressing the day before, so the outfit is ready on time. Express is 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

If your clothes are only worn, not stained or delicate, a wash and fold bag is the cheaper choice and comes back folded. If they are for the pool or the gym, use the bag. Pieces that only need a smooth finish can go as pressing only.

A kandura is AED 15. Abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are all priced in the table above. We clean each one by hand where the fabric asks for it, then steam and hang it, so the front hangs straight and the collar sits properly.

If your abaya has beads or sheer layers, mention it in the chat. Basic and delicate abayas have different prices, so please say which one you have. Guests coming to Dubai for a wedding often send their traditional wear a day or two ahead of the event.

Everything is returned on a hanger, never folded into a bag.

If an event is close, tell us the date and time when you book.

Book before 2 PM for a 5-hour return, if your address is covered. For an evening flight, send your suit in the morning and tell us the time you need it back. For a wedding, send traditional wear a day ahead if you can.

A shirt is cleaned, steamed by hand and hung. Many guests send several shirts together, so they all come back in one go, ready for a week of meetings.

Say if a collar or cuff has a mark, and we look at it before cleaning. White shirts come back on a hanger, not folded, so the front stays smooth in the garment bag.
