Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Movenpick Jumeirah Beach

Every bag from the hotel goes through the same steps, in the same order. A small bag and a full one are treated alike, and we do not skip a step to save time.

• Weighed: the driver weighs the bag at the lobby, so you know it is within the 6kg price.
• Sorted by hand: whites and light colours go in one pile, darks and denim in another. Lace and stretchy pieces are put aside for a gentler wash.
• Checked: we look at collars, underarms and cuffs before washing, because sweat and sun cream mark fabric fast in this heat.
• Washed and dried: in a commercial-grade, hypoallergenic detergent, then rinsed well and dried on a low heat.
• Folded: by type, so shirts, shorts and underwear are not mixed in one pile, then bagged for delivery.

Booking takes a minute on WhatsApp. You tell us the hotel, the time you want the driver and what you are sending.

• Meeting point: the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. If it does not, we agree another spot with you in the chat.
• Checking: the driver goes through the items with you and notes anything already marked or damaged.
• Payment: a secure payment link is texted to you after that check. You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never take cash or cards in the lobby.
• Once paid: your clothes go out for delivery and come back to the same hotel spot.

The bag is made for the clothes you wear day to day on a trip. If you are unsure about a piece, ask in the chat before the driver arrives.

• Tops and bottoms: T-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, jeans, linen trousers and leggings.
• Gym and pool: workout kit, socks and swimwear. Rinse swimwear first if you can.
• Underwear and nightwear: washed with the rest and folded with it.
• Light knits: fine for a cool wash, but tell us about anything that is wool or silk.

A bag is priced up to 6kg, so a heavy item such as several pairs of jeans uses more of that weight than the same number of T-shirts.

A few things should stay in your room or go to a different service.

• Hotel items: hotel towels and robes stay in the room. They belong to the hotel and are not ours to wash.
• Valuables: watches, jewellery, cash, passports and keycards. Please check every pocket before you hand the bag over.
• Suits, dresses and delicate pieces: these are better in Clean & Press, where each item is priced and handled alone.
• Anything damp: wet swimwear can smell if it sits for hours. Rinse it and let it dry a little first.

This is what happens after the driver leaves the hotel with your bag. It is a plain process, and it works because every step is done the same way every time.

• Sorting: by colour first, then by fabric. Dark denim and black gym kit never go in with a white shirt.
• Pre-treating: any stain you mentioned is treated by hand before the wash. Tell us what caused it, because chocolate, sun cream and coffee each need something different.
• Washing: every load runs on its own, at the temperature the fabric allows. Machines are sanitised after each cycle.
• Drying: on a low heat. High heat can shrink cotton and set stains, so we avoid it.
• Folding: by type, in the order the clothes will be needed, with shirts together and underwear together.
• Final check: each bag is checked against the order before it leaves for the hotel.

A hotel stay runs on fixed times, so plan the laundry around them. Check-in at the hotel is from 2 PM and check-out is by 12 PM, so a late checkout day is often the one that needs planning.

• Standard: 24 hours for most of Dubai, which works as a next-day laundry service. Hand over after breakfast and your bag is usually back the next day.
• Last day: book at least a day before check-out so the bag is back before you pack.
• Early flight: the airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel, so allow time for the return and for packing.
• Express: 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask on WhatsApp first.

A single bag at AED 65 is fine for most trips. If you are staying for weeks, or you are in Dubai for work for a month or more, a plan may suit you better, and it keeps budget-friendly wash and fold simple on a long trip.

• Essential plan: AED 250 each month, for regular laundry.
• Family plan: AED 450 each month, with two bags every week.
• One bag: AED 65, with no sign-up.

Some jobs cannot wait a day. This is what to know about express and the marks guests bring us most often.

• Express: 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and we cover your address. This works as a same-day laundry service and as same-day hotel laundry for a bag or a few pieces.
• Sun cream: it leaves a yellow shadow on white and pale cotton. Tell us when you book, and do not wash it yourself in hot water.
• Chocolate and coffee: blot, do not rub, and send the piece as soon as you can.
• Old marks: a stain that has been dried or pressed in can be hard to remove, and we will be honest if it is.

The price you see is the whole price for that piece. We do not add charges for the driver, for hangers or for the bag it comes back in.

• Cleaning: a cool wash or a careful clean, chosen from the care label.
• Pressing: done by hand and steam, so collars, cuffs and pleats come back sharp.
• Checks: we look at the piece before cleaning, after cleaning and again before it is packed.
• Hanger and cover: each item returns on a hanger, in a breathable bag.

If we find a mark that may not come out, we tell you before it is cleaned, not after.

Your pieces go through five short steps once the driver leaves Movenpick Jumeirah Beach.

• The driver checks each item with you and lists any marks.
• You pay through the secure link texted to you.
• We clean, then press by hand.
• Each piece is hung and covered.
• It comes back to the hotel within 24 hours.

Send anything that needs to look good when you put it on, or that the care label says should not go in a bag with the rest.

• Work wear: shirts, trousers, suit jackets and ties for meetings and conferences.
• Evening wear: dresses, blouses and skirts for a dinner, a wedding or an event.
• Traditional wear: kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas.
• Coats: a winter coat that you need clean before the flight home.

If a piece looks fragile, such as silk or beaded fabric, put a note on the order. We check those pieces more closely and handle them with extra care.

T-shirts, shorts, gym kit and underwear do not need pressing. They cost less in a wash and fold bag at AED 65, so keep them there and save clean and press for the pieces that need it.

The small label inside a garment tells us what it can take. We read it on every piece, and it helps if you look at it too before the driver comes.

• A bucket with a hand: hand wash only. We wash these gently by hand.
• A circle with a P or F: professional dry cleaning. We clean these with the right process for the fabric.
• A pressing symbol with dots: one dot means a cool press, two a warm press and three a hot one.
• A crossed-out pressing symbol: do not press with heat. We steam these lightly.

A piece with no label, or one that is already damaged, is cleaned at your own risk, and we tell you that at the handover.

The hotel has meeting rooms, so many guests are in Dubai for a conference or a wedding. A suit that has spent a day in a case needs a proper press.

• Send it a day before the event so you are not waiting on the morning.
• Pair shirt, suit and tie in one order, and they come back together.
• Give us the event time in the chat. We can plan the return around it.

Need a suit or a shirt back today? Book before 2 PM and ask for express. If your address is covered, it returns in 5 hours. Otherwise the standard return is 24 hours. Ask on WhatsApp first so you do not plan around a time we cannot meet.

Collars and cuffs take the most punishment on a hot trip.

• Collar rings: sweat and sun cream build up on the inside of a collar. We treat the collar before cleaning.
• Perfume and oud: strong scents cling to fabric, and we air and press them out where we can.
• Underarm marks: tell us if a shirt has them, so we treat that area first.
