• Pockets first: pens, coins, key cards and receipts come out before anything else, because one pen can mark a whole load.
• Colour sorting: whites and pale colours share a wash, while dark jeans and black gym tops have their own. Lace and mesh go in cooler.
• Stain check: coffee, sweat and food marks are treated by hand before the wash, since a hot dryer can fix them in.
• Gentle washing: your order has a machine to itself, using a mild detergent and cool or warm water to suit the fabric.
• Low-heat drying and folding: each piece is dried gently and folded by hand, so it packs flat in a suitcase.

A 6kg bag holds more than most guests expect. As a rough guide, it takes about a week of clothes for one person, which makes it a budget-friendly wash and fold choice for a short trip.

If your clothes are heavier than that, or you are travelling as a couple, the 12kg bag is the better choice. It is still one flat price, so you do not pay by the piece, and you do not need to weigh anything yourself.

A little care before the hand-over helps everything come back right. This is a same-day laundry service only when the order is placed in time, so message us early in the day. Most orders work as a next-day laundry service.

• Empty every pocket, and take out key cards, cash and earphones.
• Keep suits and silk in a separate bag for Clean & Press.
• Add a note about any stain or fabric worry.

Guests with a pool or gym in their plans bring the most stretch fabric. Heat can damage it, so we treat it differently from cotton and linen.

• Swimwear: washed cool to remove chlorine and sun cream, then dried gently so the stretch survives.
• Gym kit: washed cool so the fabric keeps its shape and the smell is gone.
• Anything with sequins or beads: sent to dry cleaning instead, because a normal wash can pull them loose.

Please take wet swimwear out of plastic before the driver arrives.

Travel makes marks. Coffee in the car, oil from a restaurant table and sun cream on a collar are the usual ones, and none of them are a problem if we know about them.

A single bag stays AED 65 with no sign-up, if you only need one wash during your stay.

We look after every piece carefully, but things can go wrong, so here is exactly what we cover. It is the same for every guest.

• If a piece is lost or damaged in our care, we cover up to ten times its cleaning price.
• Items that are already damaged are cleaned at your own risk.
• Items with no care label are also cleaned at your own risk.

Tell us about anything valuable or fragile when you book, and we will say if a different service suits it better. Please keep jewellery, passports and cash out of the bag.

This is the service for pieces that should come back looking sharp, not just clean. It works as a guest dry cleaning service for the clothes you cannot put through an ordinary wash.

• Label first: we read the care label and pick the right process.
• Cool-water wash or dry clean: whichever the garment needs.
• Steamed by hand: each piece is pressed, not rushed through a machine.

It suits guests who need a shirt or suit looking right for a meeting at short notice.

Business guests usually need two or three shirts looking fresh, not a whole bag washed. A shirt that has been in a suitcase for a day is often the biggest worry.

• Collar and cuffs are checked for marks first.
• Shirts are pressed by hand and returned on hangers.
• Any sleeve length is the same price.

Book before 2 PM and urgent shirts can be back within 5 hours, if your address is covered.

A wedding, a dinner or an interview often needs one smart outfit at its best. Send the whole set together so everything matches in colour.

• Suit, two pieces: jacket and trousers are cleaned and pressed by hand.
• Jacket on its own: good when only the top layer needs freshening.
• Tie: pressed flat, ready for the next meeting.
• Coat: cleaned and pressed before a flight to somewhere colder.

For an urgent job, ask for express suit pressing when you message us. The price list shows what each piece costs, so you can work out the laundry price per item before you book. Everything is returned on hangers and in breathable bags, ready to wear at the event.

Not every item needs Clean & Press. Everyday T-shirts, jeans, socks and gym kit cost less in the wash and fold bag. Clothes that are already clean but creased can be pressed on their own, without a wash, which is quicker. Tell us what you have and we will point you to the best fit for each piece.

Guests visiting for family events or business often bring traditional clothes, and each piece has its own price, so you can see exactly what you will pay.

• Kandura: cleaned, pressed by hand and returned on a hanger.
• Abaya: basic and delicate abayas are priced differently, so tell us which you have.
• Ghutra: cleaned and pressed flat so it stays crisp.
• Jalabiya and kurta: returned on hangers, ready to wear.

Mention any embroidery, beads or lace in your message. That lets us choose a gentler process before anything is cleaned. Pieces for a wedding or a family gathering are checked twice before they leave us, and each one goes back in a breathable bag so it stays fresh until you wear it.

A day dress, a blouse or an evening dress is checked for beads, sequins and lace first. Make-up and perfume marks near the neckline are treated by hand, and silky fabrics are steamed gently rather than pressed hard. Each piece comes back on a hanger, ready for the night out.

For urgent pieces, express laundry delivery is possible when you book before 2 PM. The 5 hour return only applies where your address is covered, so we check it when you message us. If it is not covered, we tell you the next available time, so you can plan the day.

Most pieces take 24 hours. Delicate items can take longer, and we tell you the time at pickup. After the driver checks your items, we text a secure payment link, and the order goes out for delivery to eStay Hotel Muhaisnah once you have paid.

If a piece is lost or damaged in our care, we cover up to ten times its cleaning price. Items with no care label or with existing damage are cleaned at your own risk.
