Think of a week away from Address Montgomerie. A bag of up to 6kg holds your T-shirts, shorts, trousers, underwear, socks and gym kit. You do not count pieces.

Wet swimwear is fine too, as long as it goes in sealed. If your clothes weigh more, the larger bag of up to 12kg has its own flat price.

Tell us you are at Address Montgomerie and when you would like us to come. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. This is our doorstep laundry pickup, set up for hotel guests.

The driver checks the items with you first. Then you get a secure link by text to pay, and the bag goes for washing.

Pickup is free and delivery is free.

Normal turnaround is 24 hours. Pick up in the morning and your clothes are often back the next day. This is our next-day laundry service for hotel guests.

For same-day laundry service, book express before 2 PM. Where your address is covered, urgent pieces return in 5 hours. Tell us on WhatsApp what you need and we confirm.

Mention your flight time when you book and we plan around it.

Your bag is checked by hand and washed in its own machine. Nothing shares a drum with another customer. The machine drum is cleaned after every load.

We use commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It lifts dirt well without a heavy chemical smell.

Clothes are dried on a low heat, folded and returned in a clean bag, so everything comes back folded.

Tell us if a piece needs a gentler cycle.

We treat stains by hand before the wash. Tell us what caused the mark, such as coffee, sun cream or food, and we use the right method.

Fine knits, sheer tops and light blouses are washed on a gentle setting. Put them in the bag and say they are delicate.

Anything with sequins goes to Clean & Press. We cannot promise every mark will lift, and we say so if one may stay.

If you are in Dubai for a month or more, a plan can work out cheaper than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. The Family plan is AED 450 for eight bags, two a week.

A single bag is AED 65. Plans are paid once a month, and the same pickup and delivery rules apply.

You pay by a secure link we text after the driver checks your items. You can use debit or credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We take no cash and no cards in the lobby. Your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

If an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Business shirts, blouses and trousers are the most common jobs we do for guests. Each piece is cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger, so it goes straight into the wardrobe or the garment bag.

The laundry price per item is in the table above. A shirt, a blouse and a pair of trousers each have their own price, so you only pay for what you send.

If you have a whole week of shirts, the bag may cost less, and we can help you decide.

A suit is cleaned as a two-piece, jacket and trousers together. Book it before the day of the meeting if you can. If you cannot, express suit pressing returns urgent pieces in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

A suit jacket can also go on its own. Ties are welcome in the same pickup, and everything comes back on hangers.

Dinners, weddings and galas are a good reason to send a dress. We check it by hand first, because sequins, lace and fine fabric change how we clean it.

The evening dress has its own price in the list, and delicate ones may need more time. Give us the date of the event and we plan the return around it.

The dress comes back pressed, on a hanger and covered, ready to wear.

Some jobs fit better elsewhere. Sequined tops, which would be damaged in the wash, belong here. Clothes that are only creased can be pressed without cleaning, and T-shirts and gym kit are cheaper in a Wash & Fold bag.

Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas are all part of our daily work. Each has its own price, and a kandura is never priced as a shirt.

Abayas are either basic, with no beadwork, or delicate. Pick the one that matches and we price it that way. If you are not sure, send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you.

Everything returns pressed on a hanger.

Clothes that have been in a suitcase for days come out creased. If they are clean already, you do not need to wash them again. Send them for pressing only and they come back smooth.

That is quicker and often cheaper than a full clean. Tell us the date of your flight or event, and what time you need the clothes back.

Pickup and return are at the hotel, if it allows it.

For same-day hotel laundry on urgent pieces, book express laundry delivery before 2 PM. Where your address is covered, they return in 5 hours. We confirm on WhatsApp whether express is open for the hotel that day.

We read the care label on every piece before cleaning. Items with no label, or that are already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.
