Booking a hotel laundry pickup costs nothing. The driver comes to Delta Hotels Green Community at the time you choose, and the clean bag returns to the same place.

Where the hotel allows it, you can hand the bag over at the lobby or concierge. If that is not allowed, we agree another meeting point in the chat, so you are never left waiting in your room.

You pay the driver nothing at the door. The payment link is texted to you only after the driver has checked your items with you.

Pickup is free and delivery is free, and the price of the bag is the price you pay. Nothing is added later.

Tell us your room number and the time that suits you when you message. If your plans change, send a new time in the same chat and we move the driver to match. Guests who check out early often book the evening before.

Fill the bag with T-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks, gym kit, pyjamas and light trousers. Anything you would put in a normal home wash is fine.

Leave out suits, silk and anything labelled dry clean only. Those belong under the Clean & Press tab, where each piece is priced by itself.

The bag holds up to 6kg. The price stays the same whether the bag is full or only nearly full, so there is no need to weigh anything at the hotel.

If you packed more than one bag of clothes for a long trip, ask for the 12kg bag. It costs a flat rate too, and it saves booking two collections.

Pockets should be empty, so check them for cards, coins and keys. Please keep valuables, jewellery and passports out of the bag.

Your clothes are sorted before they are washed, so whites and darks stay apart. Every wash uses a gentle detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic.

Each machine is sanitised between cycles, and your bag is washed on its own. It is never mixed with another customer's laundry.

The care label is read first. If a T-shirt or a pair of gym shorts asks for a cooler wash, that is what it gets.

Visible marks are treated by hand before washing, which gives the stain a better chance of coming out. Tell us in the chat if there is something we should know about.

Strong smells such as smoke or sunscreen are washed out with the rest of the load. If something still needs extra attention, the team sets it aside and treats it again before drying.

You do not need to do any sorting before the driver arrives. Put everything in the bag and leave the rest to us.

Clothes are dried on a low heat, which protects the fabric and helps stop shrinking. They are then folded by hand and put back into the bag.

That means you can put the bag straight into your suitcase and not worry about creases or mixed-up piles.

If you want shirts on hangers instead of folded, choose Clean & Press for those pieces and keep the rest in the bag. You can book both on the same pickup.

Socks and underwear are paired and folded flat, and T-shirts are folded neatly in a stack. It is an easy way to repack for the next stop.

Most wash and fold orders come back within 24 hours. If you are leaving soon, book as early as you can and tell us your checkout time in the chat.

For an urgent bag, ask about same-day hotel laundry. Express can be back in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We confirm the timing before the driver arrives.

There is no extra express fee. A flat-rate bag stays the same price whether it comes back tomorrow or in 5 hours, so you will not be surprised later.

Delicate items that cannot go in the dryer are dried gently by hand. This can add a few hours to those pieces, and we tell you if that applies to your bag.

Swimwear, sports kit and gym clothes are the things guests run out of first on a longer stay, and the hotel has a pool, a spa and a fitness centre.

Wet swimwear and sweaty gym kit can go straight into the bag. We wash sports fabrics gently so they keep their stretch.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so please do not send them to us. Tell the driver if something is delicate, and it is washed on a gentler setting.

Many guests send the bag on the last day of a holiday, right after a swim, so that everything arrives at the hotel clean before the flight home. Book the pickup the evening before, so the driver is not rushed.

One standard bag of up to 6kg is AED 65. For a single trip, that one-off bag is usually all you need.

If you stay in the area often, the Essential plan gives you one bag every week for AED 250 a month. The Family plan gives you two bags every week for AED 450 a month.

Plans are billed once a month and collected on a set day. Ask in the chat if you are not sure which one suits you, and we will explain it in plain words.

Either way, there are no hidden fees, and nothing is added at the door.

Dubai's balcony rules do not allow airing laundry outside, and a hotel room is not made for drying a week of clothes.

A bag washed and dried properly saves you wet clothes hanging in the bathroom. It also saves you a trip to find a launderette near Green Community.

The summer heat and the humidity make clothes slow to dry indoors. A tumble dry on low heat gets them dry through, so nothing smells damp in your case.

You get everything back dry, folded and ready to pack.

If you only have a few pieces, a flat-rate bag still makes sense, as it saves you washing in the sink and waiting for them to dry.

Every piece is cleaned in the way its care label asks, then pressed by hand and put on a hanger.

You pay by the item, so you can send one shirt for tomorrow's meeting without paying for a whole bag. The laundry price per item is shown in the table above, with no extra fees.

Guest dry cleaning is useful when your suitcase has crushed everything flat. Send what you need and we take care of the rest.

It is the better choice for work shirts and smart pieces, while the flat-rate bag is the better choice for T-shirts and gym kit. Many guests book both on the same pickup, and the driver collects both together.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so the jacket and trousers return as a pair. You can also send a jacket alone if the trousers are fine.

For an urgent suit, ask about express suit pressing. It can be back in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no extra express fee.

Everything comes back on a hanger.

Trousers are pressed with a sharp crease. A tie or a waistcoat can go in the same order and is priced by itself.

Shirts and blouses return on hangers, with the collar and cuffs pressed flat. That is handy when you have packed for several days and each shirt has been folded in a case.

We read the care label first. Silk and fine fabrics are treated more gently than cotton, so a good blouse is not handled like a work shirt.

Send as many as you like, and each one is priced by itself.

If you need a shirt for a morning meeting, book the evening before and tell us the time you need it.

If you only have a few shirts, send them together with the rest of the pressing list. There is no minimum number of pieces for Clean & Press, so a single shirt is fine.

A kandura costs AED 15 and a basic abaya AED 18. Both come back cleaned, pressed and on a hanger.

Tell us if the abaya is delicate, because that is priced separately. Mention any beads or lace when you book, so the right care is planned.

Ghutras and jalabiyas are cleaned and pressed in the same way and are priced as their own items.

Dresses for a wedding, a gala or a dinner are cleaned and pressed one at a time. If the dress has beads, lace or a fine fabric, tell us in the chat before the driver comes.

Each dress comes back on a hanger.

Coats and thick winter pieces are priced as their own items. They can need a little more time, so ask us for the turnaround when you book, and plan around it if you fly out soon.

For a wedding or a formal evening, book the pickup at least a day ahead so the dress has time for the right care. If the dress is for tonight, say so in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether express is possible for your address.

Winter coats are not needed in Dubai's heat, but guests flying on to colder places do send them. List the coat when you book so the right price is shown.

Ties, scarves and other small pieces are easy to forget at the bottom of a case. They come back pressed, which makes a plain suit look finished.

List them when you book, so each one is priced correctly and nothing is missed at pickup.

Small pieces are checked with the rest of your order at handover.

Small pieces cost less than large ones, and the price list shows each item, so you can check before you send.

The driver checks each item with you at handover. We note any marks, missing labels or damage that was already there.

If anything is lost or damaged, our cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Payment comes after that check, by a secure link we text to you.

Please keep valuables and papers out of the pockets before the driver arrives.

Most Clean & Press orders come back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time when we collect it.

If you have an event tonight, say so when you message us. We can often turn a single piece around in 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

There is no extra fee for express.
