Most guests are surprised how much fits. A 6kg bag usually holds about a week of T-shirts, underwear, socks, shorts, jeans and a few light shirts. Our flat-rate laundry bags cost the same whether the bag is full or half full, so it makes sense to fill it.

If you are staying a few nights, you may not need a full bag. A smaller load still costs the flat price, so wait until you have enough to make it worth it, or add your gym kit and swimwear.

Your bag is washed on its own. We do not mix it with another customer's laundry, so your clothes stay yours from pickup to return.

First we sort by colour and fabric. Whites, darks and lighter colours go in separate loads. Then we wash with a mild, biodegradable detergent that is hypoallergenic and has no heavy perfume.

After the wash, your clothes are dried on a low heat. This keeps cotton from shrinking and stops stretchy sportswear from losing its shape. Nothing is dried at a hot setting that would damage your clothes.

Everything is then folded by hand and packed in a clean bag. Folded clothes are easy to put back in a suitcase, so you can repack in a minute before checkout or a flight.

If something needs hanging, tell us in the chat before pickup and we will send it as Clean & Press.

A short stay needs one wash, ideally on the day before you go. Book the pickup in the morning and your bag is back the next day. It is a next-day laundry service in most of Dubai, and it is ready to pack.

On a longer stay, wash once a week. A trip to Media City for work often comes with long days, so your shirts and gym kit will pile up faster than you expect. Send your first bag after the third day and you will never be short of clean clothes.

If you are here for weeks, a monthly plan costs less than booking bags one by one.

The hotel has two outdoor pools and a health club, and the beach is a short drive away. That means damp towels, wet swimwear and sweaty kit by the end of the day.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so you only need to send your own things. Put your swimsuit, shorts, sports tops and leggings in the bag. We wash them with care so they come back clean and fresh, with no damp smell.

Put everything in the same bag and it is all included in the flat price.

Booking takes a minute. Send us a message on WhatsApp with the hotel name, your room number and a time that suits you. We will confirm the pickup.

Hand your bag to our driver at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. The driver checks the items with you and we text you a secure payment link. Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

You do not need a hotel laundry bag or form. Any bag will do, and if you do not have one, ask in the chat.

Staying for a month or working in Media City for a season? A monthly plan can be better value than single bags.

Some days you have a morning meeting and a flight in the evening. If you book before 2 PM and your address is covered, express laundry delivery returns your clothes in 5 hours. That is same-day hotel laundry for the pieces you need most.

Tell us it is urgent when you message us. We put those pieces first. Express is a good fit for a shirt, a suit or a bag of clean underwear before checkout.

Express is not available in every area, so check when you book. If it is not covered, we will tell you the earliest time we can return your laundry.

A suit that has spent a day in a suitcase needs more than a quick steam. We clean it and press it, then return it on a hanger, with the jacket and trousers kept together.

If your meeting is in the afternoon, book the morning pickup. We offer express suit pressing in 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

A clean white shirt makes a difference in a meeting. We clean each shirt, press it by hand and return it on a hanger. Collars and cuffs are checked first, because that is where marks show most.

One shirt is priced on its own, so you pay only for the shirts you send. A blouse is priced separately.

Shirts that only need a wash can go in a Wash & Fold bag instead, but they come back folded and not pressed.

Traditional clothes for a wedding, a family visit or a business event need to look right. A kandura is cleaned and steam pressed full length. An abaya is cleaned by its fabric, and a plain one has its own price.

Ghutra, jalabiya and kurta are also on the price list. A men's kurta and a women's kurta are priced separately.

Tell us if there is a mark you know about, or if the fabric is delicate. We check the label first and choose the right process.

If your clothes are already clean and only creased, choose Pressing only. We press the piece and skip the wash, which suits a shirt or kandura that has just come out of a suitcase.

If your clothes are just everyday items, put them in a Wash & Fold bag, which is cheaper than paying per piece.

An evening dress or a good blouse needs a careful hand. Tell us the fabric when you book, and any marks you can see. We clean it by the care label and press it, then return it on a hanger.

If you have a dinner at the hotel or an event in Media City, book a pickup a day before. Evening wear should never be rushed unless you have to.

A tie with a mark or a coat that got crushed in a suitcase can ruin an outfit. These pieces are priced one by one, so you can see the cost before we collect.

A winter coat, any length, has its own price. You may need one for the flight home to a colder place. We clean it and press it, then return it on a hanger.

A tie is cleaned and returned neat, so it is ready for the first meeting of the day.

Standard Clean & Press takes 24 hours in most of Dubai. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, so book early if you have a deadline. Express is 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

We read the care label on every piece before we choose how to clean it. Items that are already damaged or have no care label are cleaned at your own risk.

If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
